S3: Cant Take My Eyes off of You is anime original which won't really do you much good. Hell it actually introduces characters who haven't been introduced into the manga until the last few months or so.

S4 Cuties is really just animating more recent character-centric chapters, so it follows the manga but there is no real plot.
