Butterfly class
Biologically, butterflies and moths can't be distinguished and both are both in the same Lepidoptera class (Butterfly class). If the basis is not biological, then is there a reason for being able to say we can distinguish them? If civilization was different, it wouldn't be strange if the whole butterfly class would have some name like [~ butterfly]. The Silkworm butterfly, Japanese silk butterfly, Pellucid hawk butterfly... like that. If it was something like Pterodecta felderi or Milionia basalis, it would feel uncomfortable.
