If you can't find one there, make your own. Cover up an old card or unrelated card, fold a post card in half, use a sheet of construction paper, even if it is a bit light.

Size? As long as you can get it in an envelope or can make an envelope for it. For Valentine's I got a card made of high vis pink printer paper, with another cutout of regular printer paper decorated with glitter. It was very nice.

Thanks, I'm feeling better, not as in completely better maybe, but a hell of a lot better. It's all mainly 3DPD and IRL shit of the sort though, so I dunno if it's even spoiler-appropriate.
And yeah, I really do like Yo-kai Watch a lot but I also like traps and Killua a lot too. It motivated me to start studying my kana finally and try to look for more formal lessons. And a lot of other good stuff, but I don't wanna ramble on too much. Finally gathering the courage to have gone to counseling and then have the English game come out the next day probably helped my mood a lot, I haven't broken down in at least a couple weeks or so now. I'm nowhere near caught up with the anime yet though.
