Probably Code Geass to be honest.
It's a fucking wild ride despite R2 vomitting on the proverbial rug, and to able to experience that ending again would be incredible.
But when you know everything that's coming, the rewatch value is very diminished.

I've actually enjoyed rewatching Code Geass like five times thus far. It still holds up and some of the crazier stuff makes more sense if your memory is good enough to notice how it connects

I want to experience those great laughs that I had again
Not sure. I feel I might not enjoy it as much since most of my favorites were realized back when I hadn't seen a fair amount of shows.
Do you ever worry that if you did get the chance to forget a series and experience it for the first time again, you'd hate it since you would have lost everything that makes it important to you? Maybe the first impression you had was just good, or you were in a better state of mind back then, and if you experienced it fresh at this point in time, your current self might not like it?
