Thanks a lot, man.
Short chapter, didn't really get us anywhere. Having said that it's still a huge development for Kuro to actually have people he can rely on.
Still disappointed that he didn't protect real Toiro's smile.
It's unnerving how calm and innocent she's acting.
I should mention, I'm mildly interested in picking this up but probably wouldn't have time to translate it myself right now. If anyone would be able to take care of that for me, I could edit it.
Also, the volume really didn't have much information about a continuation. He said he was considering other options (like doing it as a LN) but nothing's confirmed.
He is one of the top manga artists with one of the most distinct styles and yet he wants to write? I'd still read the fuck out of it.
About picking it up, take your time man and do whatever is best for you. We're insanely grateful for IB. I was one of those who read it from the very start and the wait was insane until you came along.
If you do pick it up I'd be very interested.
She's so useless.
Just like everybody else in Colorful who isn't the bomb girl.
Calling him one of the top manga artists might be a stretch, he's got less than ten volumes released across all his series.
I may just do the first chapter at some point without committing to see how much interest there is. On one hand there's a few really annoying text dumps, on the other hand pic related.
>He is one of the top manga artists with one of the most distinct styles
>Calling him one of the top manga artists might be a stretch, he's got less than ten volumes released across all his series.
Fair enough I may have over exaggerated.
I must have read Sayonara Piano Sonata around 5 times. Partly because I like the story and partly because of his art. There is just something so captivating about it. Them fucking eyes.
>IB of literally retard
He really has no idea what he is doing. He has been antagonizing Kuro since the start and now threatens with suicide. I don't think Kuro would stop searching just for that even if plant didn't show up.
>top manga artists
Have you actually read this manga?
The cute panels are the ones which count.
>ever doubting the greatest character
Really he's just pussywhipped but still
He's not the author, he's the artist for it. The author is some guy who wrote the LN.
Just trying to keep this comfy thread alive.
Any idea of when you'll have time to get through 23? Getting antsy this close to the end.
hands are hard
Same here, it's a good manga. I really enjoyed reading it multiple times. It never gets too dark but there is a conflict present, there is a goal and there is good development among the cast.
Step it up, Toiro is away, he was there when you said it, you're not fooling anyone
23 is about 20 pages of knowledge guy not shutting up, then 24 is Sera's backstory and about 30 pages of her not shutting up. I could theoretically get some or all of 23 done tomorrow since I've got a lot of free time, but I was planning on translating something else so it's really up to what I'm feeling in the mood for when I wake up.
Kinda flip-flopped on this one. At first I was glad that it wasn't Battle Royale for edgelords but then everything just consistently turns out for the better over and over again.
Witch gets involved with MC to make him more miserable and therefore powerful enough to destroy the world? Awesome! Oh wait no she's not.
Coma girl has power? What a tweest!
She hates MC? Oh wait no she doesn't!
Villains set up to be the good guys. Oh wait , no they're not.
It's enjoyable enough but it ain't no Biscuit Hammer.
do it for her and
for the uproar 25 will bring
It's close to the end, but there still are lots of unknowns, wait till the end. All my predictions has been false so far.I may sound a bit like a faggot for saying this, but I like the fact that it has been consistent in shattering predictions and going a route which I didn't expect.
25 has this shit to look forward to, at this point I'm really considering just skipping it.
It'll be happier than a shitstorm I imagine, even with the lackluster actual ending
That's not important to the actual chapter is it? Can just summarize it or something. Certainly looks like he started his LN career a bit early there.
It's the inside cover of the volume. They're usually just the characters going off about random shit (left side of pic related is Sera in volume 1, no way in hell am I translating that) but the right side of the last volume is the author's afterword where he explains why the series ended like this. It's just that if i translate that one, I'm going to feel like I have to do all of them and that's just not happening.
Outside of the edglelord seemingly saved by friendship who is actually still wanting to destroy the world for the sake of a dead/dying girl, it's not That similar. It became obvious Kuro was all bark and no bite as soon as Sera dropped the satellite. When would you say Yuuhi truly turned against the idea? Mizukami is a master at character progression and it didn't help that this series got cut short while LatBH got its full run.
I'll certainly agree Colorless has been weak as shit both in powers and ideology and next chapter's exposition dump better fix that.
>Yahoo! Sera here! Do you like manga? I love manga. I love it more than three meals a day. I love it more than sleep. I love it more than life, friendship, effort, and victory. I love anime too. I love light novels too. Dramas and movies... I can love those depending on the content. I dunno why, but even though I can remember all the voice actresses' names, I can never remember the names of real people. Except for foreign action stars that is. Maybe I just can't remember things... it's probably fine. Everyone just looks the same. Everyone just looks the same. Everyone just looks the same. Everyone's the same. If I go to school, everyone's wearing the same uniform and everyone says the same things.
Not even a quarter of it and my head already hurts. If you want a summary, she's essentially an /a/non.
Still better than Kuro on the right side though, if you think he's edgy in the manga itself you haven't seen anything.
Looking back though, it does kinda foreshadow him leaving Toiro in the fire.
So he knew at this point and maybe even earlier that Toiro was a fake, right?
>killed best girl in cold blood while she was being confessed to
>tries to force a man to bargain away his tulpa waifu
>hurr if you save the world I'll kill myself so you shouldn't save the world
Why is he such a worst character?
Best girl, I feel like her speeches in these next few chapters won't live up to her status though
Thanks for the quick translate.
I really wish we'd see the characters do things not related to moving the plot forward. It feels like each panel has been driving the plot with no break since the start.
You got a couple of mute pages about the Kuro household having an angry pillowfight (do the fucking tulpas have the ability to touch physical objects or not) and best boy / worst girl combo fishing.
Chapter 20: Sera Himeura is Lovely
I don't think that's the title anon
Taken too soon.
Why can't they just be happy together?
Here's a hint of who Akasaka wants to win
Why is this even allowed?
Why would you even kill her off?
Is this also by him? I keep seeing this picture but I never figured out the source. It does look familiar.
Why is the youngest one the voice of reason?
She killed herself, and she was basically loli witches older sister from a relationship standpoint and the only healthy relationship (outside of trying to fuck kuro next to her bedroom door) she had.
That much last minute exposition screams "canceled".
