She is one of the best, KyoAni handled her character really well and she was by far the most interesting part of that series. My close second would be Aya, she's adorable and I really appreciate that she is a canon lesbian character in a moe SoL which are notorious for being filled with yuribait, and she is a main character and not treated as just a joke.
