What's not to like about it? It's 1 episode of cute girls doing interesting things coupled with interesting visuals and clever dialogue. One's time could not possibly be wasted watching it.

Personally my criticisms are that the 3 new girls are completely flat and boring, and we never saw Amanda do anything wrong, we just heard it. I think I remember some quality here and there (unacceptable for me in a OVA like this), the annoying guysnever got what they deserved and Akko was a cunt, for more criticism I should rewatch it. Basically it was a precure episode made longer and less interesting.
