Excellent! That will certainly make her despair!
But Mana is always better no matter what the circumstance is.
I was once able to find every season from Futari to Smile as full season torrents. I deleted them as I watched, but recently got the itch to re-download everything and throw it onto a portable hard drive. Where the fuck did everything go? It's nearly impossible to find any torrents that aren't long-since abandoned.
I prefer the thread with the witches than the thread with Memana.
There used to be a single user always seeding his torrents on Nyaa. Yes, his name is Tsukihenshin, and I'm not sure why it's under Non-English when the subs are in fact English.
What >>133653853 said.
There are exceptions though, like one of the movies is just straight missing from bakabt. Many other torrents of varying qualities and seeding are available on nyaa, and I usually find everything I can't get on bakabt there. Bigger more mainstream trackers like those covered by tpb and kat are unlikely to have all youre lookign for though.
Witches are weak. Mana could kill one by just spiting on them.
High quality witch picture. I was going to save it, but it turned out I already have it.
must be hard to kill something just from spite.
fortunately witches are eternal

All of them, pic unrelated but non-cures will do just fine
Jus saw this earlier on /v/. I would immediately buy a Precure fighting game or even a musou shit.
I want to eat out with Miyuki and Yayoi. We'll have some of Akane's okonomiyaki!
ANATA GA DAISUKI TE
DAREKA GA OMOTTERU
I'm sorry, onee-chan. Would you like some coffee? Some of papa's pizza? A message? You can lay your head on my lap if you want to!
I want to
tenderly loveErika and keep her home from middle schoolso we can spend our lives designing FASHION and being huge dorks together.
Praise the sun therefore tongue but hole
>More than glad to ask a sunaki to destroy public schools
>is often a source of contention either with other people, or even with her own partners
>power hungry to the point where the last moments she had in her series were her being upset that she couldn't be a planet-sized goddess with infinite power
It's not really a question when there's only one possible answer.
>>power hungry to the point where the last moments she had in her series were her being upset that she couldn't be a planet-sized goddess with infinite power
I want to be crushed by a planet sized Erika.
there is nothing wrong with wanting infinite power.
Better? I think he's improved at least some since Heartcatch.
Giant Precure is always best Precure.
1-hour drawing incoming.
Today's theme is rival. What is your favorite rivalry in the franchise, /pc/?
Also, who's hyped for Precure Musou?
Just found a giant leak here.
My dream is to one day have a wife that size.
I JUST HAVE TO REACH OUT AND SEIZE MY DREAM!!! SHIAWASE GETTO!
I want more giantess cures.
>what if Junichi Satou directed GoPri
I have a few more.
Fuck you, this is more Precure related than the fucking Balala that has been spammed here recently and just as /d/ as people wanting Mana with a dick or posted the "leaks".
A Precure Musou game? This lovely cat was hoping for a class-based RPG. Look, she's all dressed up as a Thief already.
This is probably referencing something but I have no clue what it is.
I know enough Japanese to know that Commie's Precure subs are memsubs/trollsubs and that you shouldn't waste your time on them when there are better groups like Doremi doing it.
Don't push the poor guy, he even admitted he doesn't understand it. While I appreciate Doremi, they're no better than average, and quite bad if you consider how long they've been doing it. Commie is accurate and generally good. I don't like some of their choices for Gopri, certainly, but they'd never "Do horses really exist?" in a children's show with dialogue for five year olds. Moreover, the original guy asked for Doki and HC, which both have no "memes".
If you're not speaking/writing regularly with fluent speakers, I'd still suggest keeping subs handy. As long as you commit to continuing to learn and stop to look things up when it doesn't seem right to you, what some random guy decided was the right interpretation won't fuck you up. If anything, the long average of reasonably well translated text can help take the place of speaking regularly.
That said, there's a reason I usually like Doremi better.
I'm mid downloading Doremi Hacha ep 1 to prove you wrong with a screenshot, but I bet you remember it even without it.
>Do or do not, there is no try.jpg
That's a meme/reference. Now show Commie doing that in Precure. Go on. Do it.
Are you fucking retarded?
>Diamonds are unbreakable!
I do write it somewhat regularly actually. I have a friend from japan on irc who sometimes like to write in japanese to help we with it since the knows I'm learning it. Also in an online game which is japanese only at the moment I can write in japanese so others understand me in the equivalent for what "engrish" is for them but at least they know what I'm trying to say and they sometimes reply back in engrish it's fun.
I've also been trying to follow some seiyuu twitters and blog to practice my reading and of course I always watch /pc/ and /ai/ shows raw during livestreams now. What I'm mostly missing is handwriting kanji so I can learn it better. Right now I know to read barely 300~ kanji but writting... well it's much less than I would like to admit.
This is always the part that makes me sad, how hard it is to really get across how amazing characters with fucked up two- or three-way language crossovers are when they're done well.
Miss Siamour is good, but I miss this glorious motherfucker so much.
Good night. I'll be in your dreams. I love you.
I'll come to bed soon I guess.
This movie is awful.
I love Doki but the movie is really bad. Such a waste of screentime, they didn't even show Regina.
I liked the jam though.
Does /pc/ love or hate this movie? Every time I see it come up either everyone hates it or everyone loves it. And for whatever reason I never see both opinions in the same thread so they never argue.
I had completely forgotten that this was a movie. Everytime I remember the plot of mana's dog i keep thinking it was a normal episode flashback. I think that's the problem with that movie it wasn't anything special, just one double length episode.
I remember a while back someone asked what everyone's favorite non-All Stars movie was and this was one of the top picks.
So I guess I'll ask again. What's everyone's favorite non-All Stars movie?
Futari wa had honoka and nagisa fighting
Splash Star had MUH CRYING
Yes!5 had LIGHTSABER FIGHT AND DARK CURES
GoGo! had SWEETS LAND, FINALLY THEY DID IT, MORE LIGHTSABERS
Fresh had GAMES
HeartCatch had PARIS
Smile had FAIRYTALE WORLD
Happiness Charge had HORIE YUI
DokiDoki had... Mana's dog flashback...
Smile was very, very good, and I only liked its villain a teensy bit less than HC. So I guess Smile.
And then I'd put HC, Yes5 and GoGo slightly after that. Maybe even in that order? I'm not sure.
You forgot this.
Having just watched it, their reaction is completely inconclusive. To be honest, they barely had any reaction at all, but that's probably because they didn't have specific animator notes for it, everyone just turned around and went "eh?". There certainly aren't any lines of dialogue.
Why are dark Cures always so underused?
They are one of the best ideas in the entire franchise and they always appear for 1-2 episodes or one movie.
It's ridiculous. Regina was so super popular because she was almost a dark Cure that stayed around for half of the season.
>Regina was so super popular because she was almost a dark Cure
Really? I thought it was more that people expected her to become a cure. She was given a full character arc, was a little tragic, had actual motivation for her evilness, and was super cute. I'm not sure you can attribute someone with all that going for them being popular just for being a pseudo-dark cure.
Plus she's a character model that pops up so often that it's practically an archetype, the chibi blond brat with red ribbon ears.
I think we're in fan-theory territory, at this point.
If that were the case, Tsubomi's dad would be half-fairy, and she herself would be (at least) a quarter. Moonlight revealed to everyone that ikemen-san and Coupe were one in the same in Tsubomi's grandmother's presence so there would have to be reason for all of them (including perhaps Tsubomi) to be deceived. So it seems unlikely.
It's the kind of thing that's sweet if you don't think about it at all, but once you start, it gets weirder and weirder. Especially when you consider their long relationship, and the timing, and yeah. Maybe "weird" is understating it.
Yes, is fan theory but I'm bored.
They wouldn't be part fairy at all because he obviously fucked her before he died and became a fairy. The secret part I don't know how to explain, but there can be a multitude of reasons Tsubomi's grandmother wouldn't want to tell others. Obvious one being that others would less likely want to become a Precure if they knew they were making a contract with a dead person.
I love her too.
Who is the best secondary character in precure?
Or alternatively, who is likely the most popular?
Obviously. Just look at how Aikatsu turned out. No Regina, no ratings.
If Regina can't be the star, nobody can.
I liked how the brainwashing thing was symbolic. Regina always was Regina. Poor girl, she just wanted to love and be loved.
Regina is the best.
Sorry, I don't know.
Before that you need to do something with this girl.
So, you know the singing you can hear during the GoPri henshin? Here are the lyrics apparently.
Think about when Grandma was a Precure. When she was in her young teens, right? And she must have had Coppe as a fairy at that point. Unless you're saying she married, got pregnant, and gave birth before she was 13.
lol no watch Fresh precure. that's Miyuki's standard outfit.
>the next episode is about Yui
Ah well, it can't be helped. I really got the shivers during those last scenes in the episode. From the violin battle music to the
Scarlet Prominence to the sweet duet and lastly the keys remaking the red rainbow, just wow. You go, Towa.
Were you tsyuoku, yasashiku, or utsukushikuu today? I felt so utsukushii since it's finally cold enough to layer. So many combinations!
Great work guys! After all, you can't become a princess without the ability to beat up all who oppose you!
magical girlthemed cures
What I want is a world Precure done right.
>Main team is composed of transfer students
>They are each the embodiment of their country (think Hetalia)
>Japanese Cure (pink obviously) has good grades, is soft spoken, etc.
>American Cure has cowboy hat, eats a lot, has temper tantrums, etc.
>German Cure is calm and collected, enjoys building things, and has all the boys fawning over her beauty, etc.
>Australian Cure is buddies with American, enjoys danger, etc.
>French Cure is introverted, picky with food, rich, etc.
>Indian Cure is also smart, hard working, etc.
>Arab Cure is
rich, spoiled delinquent with heart of gold
I'm almost never around to make them anyway, but you'll get more PU RI KYU A and Doremi Threads before this body fails. I'm following the Cure Honey plan now. We're gonna be friends for a long time, anon.
I'd really rather see them go the opposite direction and focus on fewer cures. Even a solo job could be pretty neat if done well enough. I feel like more characters just ends up meaning less depth.
Twilight > Towa
Praise the sun
Now I don't understand Japanese, but i'm gonna assume this is Haruharu singing about beating the shit out of everyone until she becomes a princess
Doremi > Love > Honoka >>>>> Porun <<<<< Usagi's hairdo < Hummy's butt
>Think about when Grandma was a Precure. When she was in her young teens, right?
There are no rules stating this. I'll go with what the wiki says and assume she is currently 67 years old. She fought Dune 50 years before that so at 17. Before then at maybe around 15 she met Sora. Married at 16 (legal age of marriage in Japan currently, I don't know what it was in the 1960s so maybe this won't work) and fucked him around then and gave birth. He died shortly after due to deadly Japanese cold or whatever. Then she became a Precure at 17 with the help of Coupe/Dead Sora, etc. I don't see any contradictions with this and episode 27's flashback and stuff. And she definitely looks like she could pass for 15/16 in that flashback. The photograph they first show where she looks older is actually her and Coupe. Of course, I don't know if anything in the novels contradicts this because it hasn't been fully translated.
I think you're reaching a bit, regardless of her age when she was a cure. Think about how quickly all of those things would have to happen. And before any of this, there's no indication that fairies work the same way in every series.
>13 episodes into GoPri
>Suddenly Miyuki Sawashiro
The time has come and so have I
I like it because it's very by the book so far. It's also more consistent animation wise compared to HaCha. The generals have also been pretty meh so far although the fights against Close were pretty good.
I have managed to track down the two Audio Drama crossovers Precure had with Super Sentai. Currently looking for people to translate. http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm10468296 http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm1030604
I've just had an idea for a new Precure season. The Cures would all be disabled in some way, viz. Katawa Shoujo, with them being undisabled whenever they're in their Cure forms, and the show would revolved around the themes of self-acceptance, learning to actually work together, etc. There could even be drama about them not wanting to transform back to being human, because it'd mean becoming disabled again. And the ending will have them simply learn to get along with their lives
with no bullshit cop-out ending.
You want to start this again?
But in any case, why don't we have an international precure season where five Japanese girls transform into stereotypes of other countries without actually being from them? Or better yet, an international team that all transforms in superior Japanese historical figures.
I think the Smiles are the most mentally disabled Cures.
So for a theory this extreme, I'm not sure that the burden is on what's been written or explicitly said in-canon to debunk the theory. I mean, it kind of does contradict it already but the counter was "well people could be lying", but they could be lying about everything. And it's a world of magic, and you could easily handwave anything to do with fairies away.
I get it, it's a quirky idea that originated from one movie (which aren't always canon!) that we can run with, but then while we're at it, we could theorize something equally extreme, like that the cures are all dead spirits, back to redeem themselves for past sins and that's why they're so extremely positive. Only they don't remember. While it's fun to run with the ball sometimes, I think this theory has been a little out of bounds for a while now and is about to run out the door of the stadium and down the street.
Smile is actually my favorite season.
Haruharu should pull a Gon and beat the fuck out of Kanata
Haruka should rape Kanata and force herself into the royal family to become a princess.
Haruka will take her rightful place on the throne as Kanata's bride, because in the Hope Kingdom the title of Grand Princess isn't just for show, it's a royal and legally binding contract.
Why would I lie to you?
I mocked it mercilessly at first, but Smile's OP is actually pretty good, isn't it.
Huh, after seeing all the negative comments about the new movie I thought it'd be much worse. There were some neat character interaction there. The main weakness was how low budget the fighting scenes were, but I guess that's because most of the budget went to the 3d dancing segments...
It kind of felt like a filler episode of sorts, which isn't bad, considering how we're certainly getting a movie next year too - although I guess this would be an horrible "last All Stars".
Well I hate almost everything in Doki, so I suppose that's fair.
Pic related, the only exception
Mostly for the smilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilesmilePRECUREsmilesmilesmilesPRECUREsmilesmile thing.
It's otherwise fun, annoyingly catchy and does everything it needs to do for a series like Smile. I guess that's my feeling about the whole series, really. You may not like what they were trying to do, but they did it really well. It's pretty much a cutesy and goofy sentai with moments of crippling sadness thrown in.
I disliked the move of the movies to being mostly "Current Season" meets "Last Season", and the rest of the girls are consigned to small cameos (and the obligatory big fight scene).
It was more fun and crossover-y when they would get split up by color or such, and they'd riff on the similarities.
I realise it would be really unwieldy now, but I miss it.

Should be "onto" not "into". I'm sorry.
>There could even be drama about them not wanting to transform back to being human
That's exactly what I would do. Full time MG. Going to school in style and bright colors.
And think of the fluffy hair you get for free.
Pfft. Candy isn't even the best fairy in Smile.
The worst thing is that by New Stage the cast was still small enough to do that, but they wasted it all with the focus on an OC Cure that only transformed in the movie's climax and barely appeared afterwards anyway.
Does someone have that (I'm assuming unofficial) list of which episodes will be cut for Glitter Force?
Yeah, I didn't check it before I posted it. Sorry for ugly.
And for the banding too.
All bullshit aside, I actually agree. I think Smile is one of the prettiest seasons of the entire franchise, and that it's a shame that people write it off for its episodic structure and general goofiness when it's consistently gorgeous.
Twas just a joke.
Awesome, thanks. Looks like they're including the Kyoto trip after all, wee. 23 is a great place to finish, too. I was wondering if they would find it too violent.
Yes, I thought that was one of the ones that was going to be cut. Miyuki's balloon face will continue to scare children outside of Japan. I'm not thrilled about some of the name changes, but they're to be expected with this kind of thing.
>Does he even want to work with Toei again?
Who knows what that old geezer thinks. I bet he now only wants to ride a gondola on Mars.
>tfw WATASHI NO MICHI gets axed in GF
It's a shame that the generals in Smile had such a shitty final stand since their rivalries with the Cures were so well established and interesting. Maybe they should've "purified them" on the "character development arc" and make the focus of the ending the Bad End Cures instead of half-assing everything for the ending.
I know some people feel really strongly about how the three generals did their final stand wrapped up in their super akambe form, but I still enjoyed those fights. There was some oddness, how Happy's final matchup was Wolfrun even after his much-more final fight with Sunny, and how everything became despair vs smiles after that, but I was okay with how things went up until then. At least the fights (other than Happy's) felt personal, which is more than I can say for most seasons. It drives me nuts when they don't even know each others' names.
I wish I could lick Reika's hair.
Their fights with the Cures on the climax "character development arc" were much better. They should have been purified there and then the final arc could have fully focused on the Bad End Precure with at least 3 episodes dedicated to that match up.
It's maybe your fathers instinct. You want a cute daughter to dress in cute outfits.
Reminder that Gyu ruined everything.
It's not subbed, so it doesn't matter.
Take everything you liked about the first season The characters, the top-tier loving parents, the quirky world. Even the love interests. throw them out Gyu.
