The almost surreal level of power creep in DBZ renders any argument of a characters worth by "they used to be the strongest" worthless. Fucking really? Yajirobe fought equally with Goku, who almost won against Tien, the strongest man in the world, when he was introduced and killed one of Piccolo's henchmen. Hercule almost died from a bullet. He's weaker than episode 1 Goku, who acted like he hit his head on a table after getting shot in the face, and 13 year old Krillin.
