The raw provider was kill, maybe this one just has a retarded scanner. 95% of scan quality comes from the RAW itself, although more competent scanlators can make it look smoother by killing more detail. If it's a HQ raw like a tankoban scan, even a retard or a person using GIMP can make it look good. does anybody actually understand what the fuck is going on with kaneki/haise conversation, or have an insightful take on it,

it doesnt make any sense for kaneki to want to die considering everything he did in the first series, it would mean that he was lying about all the relationships he made and it wouldnt make any sense at all. the only thing i can come up with is that those impulses are actually kaneki repressing his desires, which is why they showed his mother earlier, so haise is choking kaneki into submission as a result of psychic trauma and trying to repress all his true feelings, which changes at the end of the chapter when he tells haise to go to sleep

kaneki also refrencing haise saying he will "save him" from their conversation in the auction arc, but is mocking haise because he cant actually do it, but how does that tie in with anything else being said afterwards, unless haise is just the result of kaneki repressing all his true feelings, but im honestly just confused. its possible the translations are just faulty and theres nothing to even understand here

He bashes himself at every turn. At Yamori's place he was worried about others ending up like him and everything that went wrong was his fault. In V14 he was just being selfish trying to help others. Now he just wanted to die all along.

Yamori told him he was at fault for the deaths of the mother and child because he was indecisive. Touka to told him that he was selfish. Most of his coworkers thought that he was better off dead.

His thoughts about himself could just be a reflection of what he thinks others think of him.
