>tfw the raisins contain a light sedative to keep him from murdering everybody
>All female crew
The orphans are finally going to get laid?
He's been very nice to her since episode 3 or so, not really getting any more emotion out of Mika than that.
I'll be surprised if one of them doesn't hate fuck this cocky cock connoisseur.
Eh, I think Mika is the first one since Setsuna that's got autistic qualities.
Everyone in between had different mental illnesses. Especially Bellri.
We keep talking about the Aida incest meme.
But I genuinely can't think of any strong other reasons why he did the things he did.
I want to fuck Orga. His plan was great. So how come Mika and Orga are just more awesome and stronger or smarter than more experienced older men?
If they had an actual budget they would be really fucking dangerous.
I like how this guy actually has a personality. I mean, yeah, he's the silent killer type similar to Heero and Setsuna, but at the same time he feels more like an actual person than a caricature.
Because he actually has bonds with his bros and other people? Also he has a sense of humor. The fact he has a very mundane dream: to get a farm, also helps to ground him. This isn't a guy who dreams to be Gundam.
inb4 all this eating has some deeper meaning behind it, like he used to starve as a kid so now he eats as often as he can to remind himself it won't happen again
hopefully it's just the healthy appetite of a growing boy
My cat used to be a stray.
One of the ways this is noticeable is that it's always begging for food. And when it gets something to eat it wolves it down immediately and wants seconds.
Hell, it'd keep eating as long as I kept opening cans.
I'm guessing this has less to do with actually being hungry and more to do with being close to starving at some point in its life.
Mika can be pretty cheeky when he wants to
Deep space mining!
Kudelia and Atra look so busted right now.
Is Mika a better child soldier than Uso?
His strategies are sound and he's pulled off some impressive feats with the Barbatos. He does have the advantage of the AV system, however.
Give it time. Uso has a long list of achievements throughout the course of Victory. He's destroyed countless MS. We'll see how Mikazuki fares in bigger battles.
Is caressing the Whiskers extremely sexual?
Does everyone who gets the operation have to sleep on his stomach for the rest of his life?
I imagine they're pretty sensitive. They can also sleep on their side
like I do
Being autistic has pretty much been a given with Gundam MCs since Kamille. Unfortunately Mika is more of annoying autist like Heero as opposed to good autists like Setsuna and Kamille. Also Bellri isn't an autist he's just Genki.
They should have got out of their mechs and got into a fist fight, eventually culminating in them moving inside a ship and ripping each others clothes off, then at some point in their grappling the line between fighting and fucking becomes blurred.
Maybe it's just me, but I just find that boring. He just has a very bland personality. Quiet, softspoken, loyal, kind, ace pilot, and ruthless. I'm not asking for a single-minded autist, but part of what makes other Gundam MCs interesting is that they start off with some sort of notable flaw to develop away from. Like with Kamille or Amuro, they start off as whiny bitches, but eventually become decently mature soldiers.
I just don't see anything happening with Mika in the long run.
Favorite MS of the season so far? Mine would be the Graze Kai (Guts' suit).
I feel like this is DEFINITELY going to need a second season. I'm thoroughly enjoying it so far, but considering there are only have 18 episodes left I feel like we haven't progressed very far plot wise yet.
The Graze and Graze Kai are nice suits. The shoulder cannon in the latest episode was sexy.
I like the Hyakuren a lot as well, it's sleek despite being bulkier than all of the previous suits we've seen so far. Was expecting to hate the Hyakuri because it looks silly and I imagined it to operate like the Correl but watching the fight with it and Barbatos made me appreciate it a lot more. Plus, dat pilot.
I wish the Barbatos stuck with the mace and didn't end up with a katana later.
I really don't like the Hyakuren much. Just seems so uninspired.
Also we don't know if Barbatos is getting a katana in the anime, but its pretty safe to say he's not gonna stick with the hammer.
Woah really? It was fucking sweet man really love to eat that before dinner. Also taste great for snacks.
It is healthy man, look it up. http://www.vegetafruit.com/2014/10/7-hidden-benefits-date-palm-phoenix.html
I think it's nice for a grunt suit. If there's only the two that the Turbines group have, then that opinion is likely to change.
If the katana doesn't appear in the anime, that's great. I don't expect the mace to stick around with the Gusion having the XBAWKSHUEG hammer and Kimaris melee weapons but I can't see the Barbatos not having a mainstay besides the rifle.
All the benefits are perfect for helping Mikazuki become an exceptional pilot. Must help with the AV tapping directly into his nerves.
Those are just grunts and "commander type" grunts. The other Gundams haven't appeared yet.
I still don't know what the fuck the Gusion is gonna do. There's no way Mika is gonna pilot it. Why would it even be on their side anyway? Biscuit?
Gjallarhorn wasn't even aware of the Gundam frames up until recent events, so it can't be theirs.
Well not everything can be perfection.
>/ss/ hate sex
Is there one like this?
So far there has only been 1 Gundam. I agree that Gusion looks like shit, Kimaris is alright though. Suits look better in animation too, those still poses always make them look like shit.
I can see Biscuit reluctantly choosing to pilot it but it seems more likely that it will be on the side of another faction. Maybe they'll hijack it?
The Tekkadan having only the Barbatos, Graze Kai and Mobile Workers is not a particularly formidable force but they haven't fought any overwhelming enemies and they manage to outwit their opponents anyways. It would be somewhat bizarre for them to hold a monopoly over all the Gundam frames though.
To be honest I'm not even huge on the Jehuty, I just know that it is considered one of the best mech designs.
White Glint is the best.
>as cool as Uso
Is that even possible?
Uso is a ballsy kid. From the first episode where he fights Cronicle in the Shokew to throughout the series, he does some crazy stuff.
I don't know if I would call him cool though.
We need more Mobile Suit hijackings.
Funny you say that.
I really have to agree with the one anon commenting on how some of these look like G-Reco rejects.
That arse. Would subjugate Mars for.
>the guys mostly have good characterization
>the girls are meh
Atra's clapping for Kudelia's little speech sounded so insincere and sarcastic that I burst out laughing.
Better question, what was the point of THIS scene?
Okada was probably frustrated because she hasn't been able to insert homoshit.
Ein, in his quest of revenge and wanting to become stronger, will probably go through an operation to become something similar to a Cyber Newtype and then he'll start killing people left and right.
One of the mechanical designers was the lead mechanical designer for G Reco. Ebikawa is on the team too (As if the Graze's design wasn't obvious enough).
Neither is the lead designer though.
That's just a lance. Shot lancers either launch the lance part entirely or jab forward on impact for extra force. Something like the spike on Barbatos's mace is more like a shot lancer in function. What the graze has is more like the Gn-x III lance.
-Model number: STH-14s. Overall height: 18.5m, dry weight:33.4t
-Hyakuri is a high mobility type MS mostly involved in patrolling activity that is being operated by Teiwaz and its lower branches. Teiwaz assumes operation in the Outer Sphere space, because of the instability of Ahab Waves in that sector and the ineffectiveness of optical visibility, a MS with excellent scouting ability and unassisted long distance flight has always been required for the asteroid belt and debris belt course. The Hyakuri is a mainline machine that is being operated currently. The back has a protuding peculiar shape, it's equipped with a large sensor to detect Ahab Waves. This backpack is also a large booster unit, it carries out the role of an armament rack too. Its forte is to make use of the high thrust for hit-and-run attacks during combat, its mobility to escape from anti-aircraft fire threatens enemy ships too. Teiwaz's Rafter Frankland boarded the Hyakuri and toyed with Tekkadan due to its mobility.
-Rafter Frankland: mainly pilots the Hyakuri. Engaged in fierce battle with the Barbatos. Naze's lover, calls him ''Darling''.
-Corps member: solo operation during reconnaissance is the base, however in Teiwaz's lower branch Turbines a 2 Hyakurens, 1 Hyakuri composition is often taken. Hyakuri has a wide range of roles from raid to logistical support.
-Environmental activity: because of the characteristic backpack structure the machine's weight balance is poor, operation in outer space has become the core.
-Beyond the usual Hyakuri equipment, a information support type specialized in reconnaissance and enemy search as well as a fire support type equipped with a heavy equipment backpack have been confirmed. The former is often seen when the organization carries out interplanetary travel, the latter is deployed for base defense. Also, by loading the backpack with arms and ammo it bears front line supplying support too.
-Rifle: rifle manufactured by one of Teiwaz's lower branches, Euro Electronics, engaged in heavy industries. It has been adopted as a Hyakuri standard equipment.
-Knuckle Shield: part of Hyakuri's backpack. It's equipped to the arms when released as the Knuckle Shield. To strike with armor protected by Nano Laminate armor.
-TIR-0009 Hammerhead. Canon loadout seems to be same as the Isaribi, 2 missile launchers located on the front somewhere. Front large shield plus 2 anchors.
-Isaribi has 4 missile launchers in each side fuselage.
-Napalm shells can melt nanolaminate armor
-A purple color Space Tekkadan Mobile Worker exists
Tekkadan got the Bazooka Gun amidst the confusion during the withdrawal after the battle with Coral.
I forced my way through g-reco with the aid of alcohol because I hated it so much but am a completionist, and have no idea what the fuck went on / happened in that train wreck
This. I've been a Gundam fan since 2008, seen every single series, ova, movie, obscure special, and in those seven years - IBO has been my favourite currently airing Gundam series.
Bellri's motivations made no sense, he just went around committing war crimes the entire show whilst blaming the people hes killing for making him do it or something
Tomino admitted G-reco was shit, im hopeful that means his next one will be more like his older stuff since G-reco was him trying to do something new it just didnt work, apparently its going to be a fantasy mixed with mecha which sounds pretty cool.
>I thought the entire franchise was dead after Gundam fighters
Seriously? 00 is only 5 years old and it was a damn success, and you believed a 35 year old franchise would die out of nowhere?
Is it just me or does this seem to be the first gundam series where the main pilot really isn't the protag?
I mean the spotlight seems to be pretty evenly distributed amongst the team here.
Yeah i think thats why i like mika so much more than the likes of heero and setsuna, he has personality hes just not eccentric, he's been quite playful with other characters on the ship, has genuine goals outside of fighting(wants to open up a farm away from all the killing), genuinely care for those around him and takes casualties directly to heart.
>Bellri's motivations made no sense, he just went around committing war crimes the entire show whilst blaming the people hes killing for making him do it or something
If you accept an outsider's opinion, yes. I only watched a couple of random old gundam ovas and not even in the right order. This is probably the third title I watch from this franchise. And I like it a lot. But Kudelia and the OP play an important role in that decision.
People shit on victory as much as they want, its got issues, but uso is one of the best protagonists in the franchise hands down. He was the single most human and relatable of all of them and even in a dark as fuck series like victory he had such a goofy and fun personality that made the show such an entertaining ride. its really sad watching him slowly become more and more of a shell as the show goes on due to how fucked up everything around him is.
but all of bellri's war crimes were well after that scene, him killing cahill isnt even that bad given the context of what was going on, him slaughtering his previous captain, getting tons of people killed by shitting up a colony and generally slaughtering everyone who got in his way was.
Then he just fucks off to japan without repercussion in the end, hes basically kammille without the character development, aka a psychopath
Did you guys miss by any chance that his country was breaking taboos and that was another reason he decided to fight against Mask and the Capital Army?
>generally slaughtering everyone who got in his way was.
No shit, Sherlock, they were attacking him.
Loran suffers from too much pacifism, when certain characters regularly jeopardize the chances of a earth-moonrace peace he really should shoot them. It's like that one faggot and that cunt subordinate that staged a coup and took control of the moonrace troops on the earth. Then they're forgiven later on when the cast returns to Earth like if it was no problem that they tried to kill Diana and start an all out war.
>Bellri's motivations made no sense, he just went around committing war crimes the entire show whilst blaming the people hes killing for making him do it or something
I haven't seen G-Reco, but this sounds fun.
The anon is full of shit, Bellri fights because
he wants to fuck his sister.
It's fun but man the pacing goes to shit after they reach the moon. Feels like it should have been a 50 episode series, the antagonist are also just literal renegade manchildren that just want the earth because they're sick of space.
> the antagonist are also just literal renegade manchildren that just want the earth because they're sick of space.
>implying Towasanga and Venus Globe aren't a reference to real migration flows
The moonrace at least had a leader with her head screwed on right that just wanted a piece of land to start and wanted to cut a deal with the local governments, the venus globe assholes were literally entirely comprised of the worst moonrace characters from Turn A (Poe) and just went in there shooting everything up.
>shitting on Kia and his pals
Get the fuck out of here.
No water balloon for you.
>busts a hole in his home colony while shooting like a moron while Bellri dodged
>HURRRRR WHAT DID YOU DO YOU FUCKING EARTHNOID? IT'S YOUR FAULT!
Honestly the instant his gang was introduced the quality plummeted and the show was filled with so many new suits in the span of a few episodes that none of them became memorable.
>>HURRRRR WHAT DID YOU DO YOU FUCKING EARTHNOID? IT'S YOUR FAULT!
>he kills himself and renounces to go to Earth with his wife and child to fix his mistake
Aren't you missing some details?
And pic related betrayed his Army, comrades in arms, country and possible his family, for the slightest chance to get a brown ass.
Can you blame him?
Biscuit isn't a slave. Only the guys with the big red stripe were slaves. The rest were working as employees and recieving pay. Biscuit was sending his back to his family. Orga and Mika are also not slaves.
Headmaster that you ?
>there's a skeleton inside the gundam
so were Aida's chief, yet he felt more grief for his death than for any of the people of his city.
And Ameria was breaking a lot of taboos as well, the construction of battleships was forbidden as well. Bellri simply decided to stick around to the first nice ass he saw.
Tomino is too out of touch to deal with these kinds of issues.
Also what the fuck would a yellow island monkey know about immigration.
Ask the fucking Germans to write you a Gundam plot about that.
There's a spooky skeleton inside of every mobile suit.
I just remembered how shitty the character designs in G-Reco were.
These faggots all look like Yu-Gi-Oh rejects.
Thank god for based Itoh Yu bringing a little bit of grounded style back to Gundam.
Ironically enough the show basically neglected to show said horrors and fell into its own trap too often.
It feels much more like everyone is just a bumbling moron in this universe.
Yeah, because the guy from E7 got to use all his crayons and vomit technicolor all over the cast.
I guess children need that kind of basic visual stimulus before they develop an actual taste.
He was shocked because they normally treat them in a different way.
It could sexual, it could also be that they just routinrly beat the crap out of them. They don't specify on purpose, just like they don't directly say what that group of young girls were doing standing around in that street alley.
I think the message that they are trying to say with this kind of characters is that being GAR for the hell of it will likely piss off a lot of people that are more down to Earth
Obviously the final fight will be between Olga and Mika. Didn't you see how he's scared of the repercussions of his actions if Mika doesn't approve? He will be cornered and snap, and Mika will kill him.
>>has no impact
And now I'm sure you watched the anime paying a lot of attention to what was happening on screen.
Also it was relevant, because Kia was one of the few character who tried to take responsibility for his action. Not to mention one of the biggest examples of "Soldiers know nothing about their enemies". Water balloons and Kia Jr. weren't just attempts of making gags.
Mika has a really basic design though.
Apart from being a manlet nothing really stands out. Yu-Gi-Oh characters are like the things people draw when they want to spoof Final Fantasy.
I don't think so.Orga will screw up causing Biscuit to betray them but I don't see any of the current cast as final boss material.I'm assuming the final boss might be from one of the Earth Factions.
I think that Eugene might be Char of IBO, he is blonde too.
So he was a psycopath for taking easily startled and untrained venus globe pilots to the middle of a battlefield to show them how horrible war was so they could tell the other venus globers to never think about starting a war? He was a psycopath for putting their lives at risk to make a point even though some of them died in the battle due to how little experience they had with war?
I don't see Eugene betraying the group. He barks a lot, but he loves the group. He was the former captain of this group before Orga has enlisted and that's why Orga has left him as the captain in this episode.
With the friendly rivalry between him and Orga, it's clear he won't betray them. I can see Orga betraying the group or doing something out of necessity that will turn everyone against him.
I can see Orga leading the team to become a 5th world faction to the point that during a five year timeskip the earthians kidnap Cookie and Cracker and train them to master infiltrators to assasinate Orga.
Everything Orga does is for Mika and, to a lesser extent, the rest of the orphans in Tekkadan. The only one who would betray them is Biscuit out of the desire to save himself.
Orga can't be killed soon, because then Tekkadan would be dead at the same moment as Orga's dies. If he is going to be killed it would be in the last episodes. At the same time they loose Mika too. Biscuit is the only one who would be happy since now he would be safe. Biscuit has home and it's not Tekkadan.
By the way, I can see Orga being kidnapped by pirates.
No one is gonna die for a while since 13ep. has Mika kissing Kudelia.
I hope that Kudelia wears her sexy pajama when they kiss
>due to certain reasons, Mika and Kudelia almost kiss
>they both are in panic since they haven't kiss anyone yet
>entire episode dedicated to Kudelia training kisses with Atra and Mika training kisses with Guts.
Assuming it isn't sunrise trolling, since that episode is far enough away that everything in it probably isn't completely finalized, it'll probably be CPR. The line about Atra makes it seem like a misunderstanding.
I want to violently slam my dick into Eugene.
I know right.
>people don't make edits like they did years ago
This place went shit.
God damn it feels good to have a good an AU Gundam again. 00, AGE, G-Reco, BFTry were so fucking awful.
The female cast looks like they're going to be great and the little characterization they've provided for the MC make him very likeable and not boring autist like Setsuna.
Delicious brown milf, ~boya, FEEEEET.
I swear this episode his voice acting just went full on Kittan mode. As in, he was literally doing his Kittan voice.
That combined with that weird gay hand scene pretty much confirms Eugene's death desu
So who do you guy's think will ultimately win the Mikabowl?
Everyone with half a brain knows that Atra will win the Mikabowl, it is as obvious as who was Tobi.
S1 and S2 are like entirely different shows. For me the end result was like a 5/10 while S1 was easily an 8 or better. A bad ending often taints a show more than a bad start IMO.
Shoko was fuckable too. Not waifuable, not even waiting until she wakes up the next morning, just take your coat and leaving without a world, but definitely worthy to fuck once.
Is the the side OTP I've been waiting for?
Let's go Fumitan.
>The orphans will experience their first boners after this
>Kudelia immediately goes for the silent manlet with t-rex fins sticking out of his spine instead for either Guts or Orga, two hot motherfuckers
Is this a Jap thing? Makes no fucking sense, Nina Purpleton was the most realistic woman in Gundam, a gigantic fucking bitch.
