I haven't watched an anime since the final last episode of AoT and I was going to get back into watching anime with this series since people were posting it everywhere. During though, I didn't like the jokes, the mannerisms, the writing, it honestly felt too childish... I imagine it's the same feeling a father would feel if he saw his son watching mlp or some shit. I really felt too old at 23 to be watching this series and none of the comedy was getting across to me. I haven't tried getting back onto watching a new series since and it's been months since that attempt, and maybe a year and a half now since I've seen a new series. I've been sticking to manga.

Is growing up supposed to feel this scary guys?

Taihei falls in love with Umaru.

Unable to confess, he is gifted with by a deus ex machina with the girl's PSN code. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately MPs her, and is overjoyed to find out that she has a crush on him as well.

But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day's confessions to the girl, she only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, he finds out that the girl he called is not the same girl he fell in love with. In fact, she doesn't exist in this universe at all. She is the girl's alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with Taihei's own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of her crush.

Hijinks ensue as the two strike up a deal to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to equip the other with the weapons they need to conquer the heart of their other selves. While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of INCEST.

Same here, I was reading the manga way before the anime was announced, sadly it becomes a "shit-meme" anime on /a/ but it was faithful to the manga so everthing is good, if only /a/ could forget it and the manga fags were to only ones remaining.

I'd even go as far as to say this show's potential for shitposting is it's ONLY redeeming value.
