How do you deal with the lower back pain that comes from watching anime for long periods of time?
I'm not as young as I used to be ;_;
Try some exercise, anon. It may not be fun or fulfilling but it will definitely help make everyday lifestyle easier, and you lasting longer.
You can work out 3 days a week for an hour and you can get a decent body that is less prone to injuries and illness, so you actually win more time by training your body.
I know it sounds like bullshit, but listen: If you can't touch your toes, then you're going to have lower back problems. I had to learn the hard way, don't repeat my mistakes.
Sit upright. Don't let your lower back curve like pic related. Make sure your retaining the S curve of your spine, don't look like a question mark.
You don't need to do anything like that, just keep your legs straight and stretch downwards once or twice a day until you can touch them. I was in your exact position and when I was 19 I pinged my back lifting something that wasn't even heavy out of nowhere, and it didn't heal for years because i was too lazy to see a doctor about it.
I cheaped out on my chair a few years ago and have the lower back problems as well as pain in my knees, neck, and shoulders. One day, when I'm able to get a job, I'll buy one of those fancy ergonomic chairs and a proper desk.
Get some lumbar support chair or cushion before you get a herniated disk.
>tfw lower back pain started 3 months ago
>tfw already went to the traumatologist and started doing lower back/stretching exercises
>tfw the pain is still there
I'm only 20 damn it, I shouldn't be having back problems yet.
work out, dont have to be intense but if its enough time you can actually feel better, happened to me, also you could lay down on the floor for a couple of minutes and stretch youself
You're supposed to like have your butt all the way in where the seat is and tilt back 45 degrees. Only works with leaning chairs of course. I believe that is the ergonomic way of sitting on on a computer chair.
My brethren of fine taste
but lets face it, not like she has much stiff competition:
>muh ken chan
>muh mommy issues
Mana is a best as well, being her sister.
Based Wakamoto, this guy was scary.
Also, the prequel was great.
>guy was scary
>made a grown man shit his pants with just the power of his voice
They were friends who went through training together, and one day kendad finds ken the abandoned babby and brings him home to their shared housing. Houzuki truly is best boy, he's loyal as fuck, didn't even give up on his
shitty hippiewaifu and waited years planning his betrayal to rescue her.
You may be sitting up straight too much. It's ironic that we're told to sit up straight in school all the time, but if you look it up, it's more optimal to be slightly leaning back, apparently.
Also, getting up to stretch every hour definitely helps a lot. Go get some water every few episodes and walk around a bit. It'll help you concentrate better too so you can keep up the pace.
I have a sofa bed futon thing in college that I sit on, and my back's been much better compared to sitting in my chair. But, when I go home and sit in my chair, I try to tilt back a good bit.
Sit up straight, take a small walk/stand up once every hour, don't lean forward, legs straight and such.
If everything else fails, buy one of those comfy office chairs with the back support higher than your head.
Last week I swapped my rolling, leaning cloth computer chair for a straight back, non-leaning metal chair with a light amount of cushioning. Makes it so much easier to keep a good computer posture, and has helped my lower back considerably.
Pic related, don't use this shit, at least by a more ergonomic one
G-senjou's gonzou and >>133542825 are well-made antagonist
How do the writer manage to make them that fucking scary everytime.
Fucked my shit up with that chair. Sciatica is not fun.
Pic related is one with better lower back support.
Any recommended /a/ chairs for long sessions of doing nothing? /v/ won't stop shitting itself and can't assist.
>tfw can't even touch my knees
Am I fucked, /a/?
