I felt that the first ep was weakest for monster action cos the characters were too unlikeable to root for, whereas the girl facing the yeti had a lot to make us invested in her survival, and the music box really added to the feeling there was more to the short. You can't skip ep 1 though because of Banba's introduction details.

I think the turtle ep had a great way to incorporate drone cameras, but narratively dull since they just walked in a tunnel and came out again after some running and screaming. We didn't know the kids or their motivations outside of 'I need to get home with this not-broken or mum'll kill me'. Can't say it wasn't important to the overall story though, Mr Pharma made a good entrance at least.

Hmm shouldn't have dropped it at the first episode, it's actually bretty gud.
