Apologies for the poor lighting, my phone is terrible at low light and macro.

So the top and bottom are held together with 9 screws. The rear panel/rear idler are attached to the bottom with another 3 screws. Once you've removed it, you can slide the tracks off.

The drive sprockets/motors and road wheels can also be removed, should you need to do so.

The motor wiring is really simple, there's a single forward/backward switch. Adding remote control will be a future project.
