Not really. Joseph only got one good hit on Kars and it wasn't even necessarily fatal, and even that needed Lisa Lisa for the rope trick. If it was just Joseph vs Kars with no outside interference, Joseph would probably be fucked. Just like literally every other Hamon warrior who went up against Kars since the birth of mankind.
