It mainly relies on what is considered a "vector" to him.

For example, things like oxygen deprivation and such wouldn't work because he can vector out of there and into a place with oxygen, barriers wouldn't work because force vectors would destroy them.
You could assume you can freeze him to death as cold is a lack of energy rather than an attack directly, however assuming molecules have miniature vectors that result in energy thus resulting in heat, he could controls those and have perfect temperature at all times.

Poison and gas was already stated to not work in universe, plus with the time extension and angel mode waiting for the battery to die on his cripple collar wouldn't work.

Since the 2 things that could get past his vector is the product of plot armor I'd say its impossible given how his vectors work to do it realistically.

The one way in which I could see it as a possibility is psychological mind control in which you overwrite the meaning of vectors in his brain or otherwise tamper with his ability to be an esper, but that's not really feasible given his personality.

Actually Accelerator's ability is not as great as it's supposed to be. Assuming his ability is to control vector, then he should not be able to control temperature at all, because, assuming atoms vibrate, and cold is the lack of said vibrations, he should die in a cold environment as there's simply no Magnitude in which he could generate heat from. Burning him should theoretically work, because no matter how good he is at controlling vector, he has no way to mitigate those vibrations away from his body, also heat is transferred via radiation, which has no direction at all.
Depriving him of food should also work, as he simply cannot generate his own nutrient, ignoring the bullshit non-canon direct energy conversion.
And there's nuclear radiation, which his shield and power should have no power over. Atomic radiation is the transfer of charged particle that causes whatever contacts it to become irradiated. As demonstrated that his shield deflects everything by simply reversing it's direction, then he should have no power to deflect radiation, as nuclear radiation is simply redistribution of elementary particles.
There's a lot of other things that Accelerator shouldn't be impervious to, but it could be chalked up to Kamachi's lack of understanding in Physics.
