One Piece Manga 806 - The Jack Pirates
We flash down to the bottom of the elephant's leg and we see Kinemon, Kanjuro and the monkey ninja Raizou. Flying on the back of Kanjuro's latest abomination making slow progress upwards. Bariete is still going on about the un"law"ful entry. He speaks about how Jack will be very angry. A look of fear on the samurai's face. They know the name.
Luffy, Carrot and Wanda are travelling to where the crew's bodies are. Luffy asks how Sanji and the others are, he's excited to see them. Wanda remains silent with a gloomy look. Ground shakes again as the water eruption begins. Carrot says it's the water eruption coming from the elephant, which is constantly watering it's back, they could not survive as the island doesn't generate natural weather. The elephant also filters out hte salt making it fresh water. Suddenly another explosion in the distance, sounds like cannon fire. Wanda says she has to go back, ans gives Carrot the job of taking Luffy the rest of the way.
Deep in the Whale Forest, Pedro and his group sprint through the trees at high speed. Small bit of dialouge that references an unknown area of Zou , a special secret hiding spot that the main population of the Mink Tribe are hiding away from Jack and his forces. We only get the name. They hear the explosion as well, and Pedro sends a small group of men with guns aimed at them from the shadows. Emerges Capone Bege new bounty revealed. He demands Caesar from Law. A stand off.
Luffy and Carrot make it close. Carrot tells Luffy that his Crew is just ahead, but warns him that they should take cover, the Water eruption could happen any second. Luffy storms ahead not listening to her, she chases him. Luffy reaches a clearing, the scene of the battle, he stops with a sudden look of total shock. Carrot finally catches up and calls out to Luffy, but he doesn't respond. The scene in front of him stuns him. Luffy screams out with absolute rage that synchronzes with the water eruption that blasts into the sky. Luffy let's loose an almighty blast of Conqueror's haki at the same time. He's totally enraged. Carrot faints, a nearby tree cracks. Flashes all around Zou.
Some members of Pedro's squad starts to faint. They don't know whats going on. Switch to Law, Zoro and Capone's group. Eyes turn into the sky as the water rains down. Usopp faints, Zoro senses that it's Luffy. Law and Capone feel it as well, the looks on their faces makes them a little scared. Luffy stands in an Opening as the water is about to fall. The bodies of Sanji, Nami, Chopper and Brook lie on the ground battered and apparently dead. End of chapter.
Hammock is present when Alvida stars lusting for the Monkey D.
Reminder that the Goa King's face was purposefully hidden. He'll be a player at Reverie
Maybe it's Thalassa Lucas?
Something doesn't add up.
Dalton said that it hadn't been even a year that BB wrecked Drum. Meaning that he probably had Yami Yami at that point, and Ace was on hot pursuit. Unless he was doing things on his own, but still as a WB pirate. We see Ace show WB Luffy's first bounty, presumably in New World. BB was probably at Drum already, Luffy wasn't in Grand Line. Did Ace make it from New World to the beginning of Grand Line in few weeks, all by himself? We also see him bugger off after BB as soon as he finds out that Thatch's dead. Did all of that happen between Luffy's trip from Arlong Park to Whiskey peak?
Also when did BB collect his initial crew? Did they meet long ago, and they had agreement to form a crew after they have Yami Yami, or did he do it Luffy-style, and recruited funny people he stumbled upon?
Also his plan. If he was planning on taking down someone big enough to make hil Shichi, why was he at the beginning of Paradise?
Dude, calm down and pay attention. There's no "probably" about Teach having had his fruit by that point, Ace showed up on Drum while chasing him and told them where Luffy would find him in case he showed up.
>Also when did BB collect his initial crew?
I don't see how we could possibly answer that. All we know is that it was fate.
>If he was planning on taking down someone big
He was keeping a low profile to avoid Whitebeard's wrath. Staying in the New World would have been a death sentence for him.
>Top 10 strongest OP characters
>Expect Doffy to be some bullshit rank like #6
Goa King is Luffy's grandfather (His mom's dad)
Mark my words.
Is Dragon smug or constipated here?
Could just be being smug but he also looks like he's straining something to keep that smile up
Even by now he's no longer in top 10
-Luffy (Who defeated him)
-Mihawk (As technically he goes toe to toe against shanks)
-Garp (Sengoku stopped him from confronting Akainu, so he still has some strength)
And people like Aokiji, Enel or Marco are in the same level as Doffy, if not stronger than him.
Dragon always looks so angry and solemn all times, I mean even Garp is dumb and silly as Luffy sometimes, I wonder if Dragon has those "silly/wacky" moments like Luffy and his dad?
he's probably a bit more dignified
Like he'll fall asleep but wont have the snot bubble because that aint classy. I like to think Dragon became serious like he is because Garp ABSOLUTELY was not and SOMEONE had to be responsible while Dragon was growing up
Luffy is nowhere near Top 10.
>Putting Enel even near Marco or Doffy
I'm an Enel-fag myself, but everyone who is not weak and knows Haki can push his shit in. Especialy Marco. The Gorosei said Marco is one of the few who can rival against Blackbeard.
People who deserve to be in that list more than Luffy: Rayleigh, Weevil, Green Bull, Fujitora (>inb4 he dindu nuffin' in Dresroba), Sengoku, maybe Tsuru, Magellan, very likely Yonko Captains.
There are also people who we don't even know if they are fighters, like the Gorosei, so we don't know how strong they are.
ur list a shit, lists like those generaly a shit
Maybe Luffys mom was goofy and lovved eating meat and stuff during pregnancy.
That would be kinda awesome man,
Best pairing! Incredible chemistry in the manga and great doujins!
Bonney is Luffy with a wig, and she can be old but hide it with her fruit.
Maybe she is old, and just changes her appearance? Oda didn't tell us her true age yet.
Also she's got a similar character to Luffy. And this Theorie isn't that new.
Bonney or Crocodile? Who is the mother and why?
Apparently this song is used to resuscitate someone, according the training program my old job is making people review.
Luffy and Jinbe probably have matching starburst scars
Will Oda EVER show them to us?
My list was not meant to be "the definite top 10 ev4r XD XD", just a quick list to know people stronger than Doffy. Yeah Iforget about Magellan and Rayleigh, I don't think that Tsuru is stronger than Doffy now, maybe in her prime. And Weevil is a joke to me, strong? Yes, As strong as the top 10? No way
>Dragon had his own Ace but no Jinbe to help him though his grief
man I wasnt ready to feel sad today
>Marshal D. Henry.
No he's Bane
>Hijacks CIA Plane
>LITERALLY HI JACK
Thank god, For a minute there I thought I was a speedreader
>Jack gets captured by Fuji, Tsuru, and Sengoku
>He's being questioned
>"Was getting captured a part of your plan?"
>"Well congratulations, you got yourself caught! So what's the next step of your 'MASTER PLAN'?"
>"Sinking this ship, with NO SURVIVORS"
I see this a lot. Everyone seems to underestimate the effect of being totally immune to Enel's attacks. Luffy couldn't just hit Enel, he couldn't be hurt by Enel's main attacks at all, just like Buggy vs Zoro or Buggy vs Mihawk.
Enel's attacks were so strong they took down Roronoa "Nothing Happened" Zoro in one hit, and Enel can fire them from several miles away. The only people we've seen with more shear attacking power are the Admirals and Whitebeard. Haki will strengthen your defence but it can't stop everything.
But they got up pretty fast, too.
Also it wasn't enough to kill even civilians.
Not saying his fruit is shit, because it's clearly one of the best, but only if you take out the most of it, wich Enel does not regarding to attack. Sure, he can destroy Landmass and such, but People?
I have a feeling this will result in another Ampere/Volt discussion somehow
It's already confirmed.
Never stop dreaming.
So I just created an AMV and wanted to know how much of a piece of shit it turned out to be and in what manner should I kill myself.
Yeah his figurehead. Buggy also has an elephant figurehead, Wapol had a hippopotamus one, Garp has a dog one and Doflamingo had a flamingo one, neither have a devil fruit related to these animals.
There are too many new enemies in WCI already. We still have to see what this cutie is all about.
i was thinking about dressrosa and i realised that the strawhats are assholes.
law was willing to die to stall mingo, he had full faith on them destroying the factory, while they played around.
luffy in the colloseum, zoro i don't even remember and only franky made an effort.
>footprint in the last chapter?
Kaido has several zoan and smile users as undelrings, there is no need to be Jack's footprint. It could even be a mink or a wild animal.
>that Jack translates loosely to wooly mammoth in japanese?
That's weak as fuck. There are lots of people called Jack, can be a reference to lots of things. It can even be a reference to jackrabbits, jackals or jackass.
You said people who believed that he has a mammoth zoan are retards and I just told you that there are reasons for believing this. I don't really care about your opinion on this.
i do remember that zoro coudn't decide what to do.
he wanted to go to the sunny and then he changed his mind and wanted to go to the colloseum for no reason. he only gained conviction when he found someone to fight.
sanji did his part on removing caesar from dofla's grasp.
Two things. First, stop taking stock in embellishment from Gatz, Second, the punch only works if it can't be blocked or avoided, both things that wouldn't have been any problem for any of the WB pirates.
Except for Ace.
why? i didn't say something wrong.
while law was fighting hoping to gain time he was sure the strawhats would destroy the factory, which the didn't.
unless it was law's fault for miscalculating.
I hope it's something less cliche than that. We already have a psychic.
>gee lois! Thats like that time I freed dressrosa from Donquixote Doflamingo
Reminder that you are all
Vice-admirals can also have funny figureheads if they want.
This blogger has excellent taste, also his power level ranking skills are not only real but literally flawless.
>it's a manga you don't have to get all pissy
Yeah, how dare someone call you out for saying something stupid.
>if doflamingo acted less arrogantly the strawhats would be too disorganised and they would lose.
I didn't think it was possible, but you manage to seem stupider and stupider every time you post. The fact that you think that sentence is some kind of help to your point proves it.
Pirates are more individualistic than Marines. Garp is a rare case of Marine with a ship with a bit of customization.
Truth to be told, I don't remember how his ship looked like. Probably a bit Marine-y.
are you joking or something?
you keep acting mad while not explaining your position and you ignore my original point that the strawhat were unprepared and didn't hurry up to destroy the factory.
you and logical thinking are not very good friends
That's because I already did, you fucking idiot. See >>133100752. And YOUR stupid response that was >>133100962, a hypothetical bullshit answer that relied on something happening in the story that didn't happen. You're so dumb that you can't even keep up with a conversation you're having yourself.
Arlong Park > Fishman island
Drum > Punk Hazard
Alabasta > Dressrosa
Skypiea > Zou
why is Oda trying so hard to copy paste his past arcs when the new arcs are clearly inferior to the original ones?
please remember that this wasn't my original point.
i said that the strawhats weren't as reliable as they should to be certain of victory.
them been victorious at the end doesn't justify been so sloppy.
you convieniently ignored my original post.
PH is Little Graden
The white substance covering people and killing them. Two giants, one set of baddies, with a pair of supporting baddies coming in to help, an island that no one returns from, and is one of the first islands the log pose points to after entering the sea.
>The white substance covering people and killing them
Holy shit. How deep was that hidden in your ass?
ONE PIECE SPOILERS GET HYPE!!!1!!
Chapitre 806: The Beasts Of Zou
>cover page is Marco's silhouette reading bounties
>Swirlyheads are in a cage deep in the Jungle
>Pedro looks over them and asks chopper if he's a mink or not
>Chopper faints in fear, Pedro says their time hasn't come yet
>at the same time Brook sneaks in and starts to clash with mink hunters
>suddenly Pedro and his men gets darkening and sweat, suddenly leaves in the middle of the fight
>Jack's slowly climbing the elephant's leg on a naked and beaten Doffy's back, Doffy's having a hard time carrying him
>They reach the island, Jack quickly unleashes is giant mammoth cock and starts slapping it to Doffy's buttocks
>AYE BITCHES YOUR DADDY HAS COME!!!
>Minks look terrified jack's ass-drum beat sound, Luffy is playing with his nose
>Law shudders, says not him again
>After Drum solo finishes Jack rims his hard cock into Doffy's anus, saying it's a punishment for losing to a rookie
>Go and find the others, i can't wait to taste the rubber meat!
>Strawhats start to escape deep into the forest
>In a small hut, a wrinkled, monkey figure starts to murmur
>"The wooly dick, strikes again!"
>end of chapter
Luffy did that as a distraction, he knew that he couldn't beat them.
Jack deliberately went to fight Fujitora, Sengoku and Tsuru to break out Doffy.
This is the exact point I was making. Has it occurred to you that congruences can be found between ALL the arcs to some extent? The only reason people sprung to compare Zou to Skypeia instead of comparing it to Fishman Island (which is the arc it actually has more in common with so far) is because they wanted something to fit the narrative of homage arcs following Dressrosa and its similarities to Alabasta. And now it's all just taken off.
The point is the same. The action of challenging strong people doesn't really say anything about your level of strength, in this case whether Jack is stronger than Doffy. Luffy also took on ALL the marines in his way, including various vice-admirals who were stronger than him at the time, with the purpose of saving someone strong than himself.
I'm also ignoring the fact that people keep assuming Jack went to fight instead of the very real, and more likely possibility that he'd have some other way of retrieving Doffy.
>Has it occurred to you that congruences can be found between ALL the arcs to some extent?
That false, the closer you can say about most arcs is "Luffy fight a bad guy, saved people and someone joined him".
Is Smoker Smoker's real name? Why would you name a child that, and how did that child just happen to get addicted to tobacco, and just happen to find an extremely specific devil fruit that is appropriate to his name?
Did someone forcefeed him the fruit because they thought it would be funny?
So what you're saying is a pattern like Luffy being trapped (and this is just a single one, off the top of my head), is something you just totally didn't notice? That means you're the type of person who needs the more subtle elements of the story
(read: not subtle at all)spoonfed to you.
>So what you're saying is a pattern like Luffy being trapped is something you just totally didn't notice?
Luffy has been trapped by 4 shichibukai's underlings, but it's the only common pattern between those arcs. Doflamingo's undelrings couldn't trap Luffy, even if they baited him. Blackbeard underlings also tried to trap Luffy but failed.
I dodn't see how is that an important pattern for anything.
>then that anon answered it.
Then he should've responded to the original post, rather than one that clearly wasn't interested in the answer since it was practically bookended by people talking about Drake.
>Smoker has a smoke devil fruit
>Onigumo has a spider devil fruit
>Dalmatian has a dalmatian devil fruit
>Very Good has a berry devil fruit
>Sharinguru has a spinning devil fruit
Maybe Sengoku gave them their fruits because thought it was funny.
Dunno, I quite liked Lafeita.
If he actually does that then the difference between him and Doflamingo would be fucking huge since i doubt Doflamingo would be even able to give Fujitora a high difficulty fight.
Speaking of which do you guys think Jack is Kaido's first mate? Considering how he was reffered to as Captain Jack in the last chapter i kinda think he is not really part of his crew per se, but probably is his strongest ally.
If Enel was on par with Luffy on a physical level, he would have wrecked Luffy at Skypiea.
The Goro Goro is one of the most powerful fruits out there, not just on a destructive level but how much one can do with it.
Everyone remember to do your best to appreciate Penguin today!
oh, I thought you meant "one piece party" (that side comic) by OPP
Guess "OPP" is too vague of an acronym here
But I'm glad they support best pair
I wish one piece party would get translated more often.
I can only find up to chapter 3 or something.
She's been throwing up those gang signs a little too much
thanks google translate app for translating images
>using JJBA as an example of strange names
shadow asgard fucks morias figure up
i'm tempted to call you a speedreader.
..but i'll tell you magellan, saldeath and shillew (in the flashback) had wings as well.
Also none of these guys had wings as kids. Figure it out.
>planets somehow share orbits with other planets
Nigga are you under the influence? A planet can share an orbit if it's small enough. The sun has 9 planets in its orbit so if the one piece planet is that big then it should be possible.
Shiliew never had wings and Saldeath are probably fake.
The wings could be too tiny and being hidden within the hair and clothes.
If it orbits around a planet it's a moon.
If it orbits around a star it's a planet.
Europa and the earth are similar, but the first one is a moon and the second one is a planet.
That's incorrect because earth and the other 8 planets are in the suns orbit
didn't want to argue planets vs moons.
The One Piece world doesn't seem to be that big judging by travel times and distances. Bigger than Earth for sure but not big enough to have 4 planetoids orbiting it. It's also weird how none of them are ever visible in spite of their proximity.
But then again this is a fantasy kid manga so I'm probably being a dumbass by bitching about astrological accuracy in it when Oda quite clearly doesn't give it importance.
It's not imposible, some people hide their race like Hatchi at Sabaody.
Shadow asgard only looks like that because his base form was a fat shit, imagine if he actually was fit and bulked the fuck up. He didn't become rivals with Kaido being a fat fuck.
>Rating an arc that's only 4 chapters in
True. His bounty would also be much higher if he had got his ass up and became powerhouse.
Worst moments in the series ranking:
5) Luffy and Ace suddenly had another brother (post-marineford)
4) Usopp running from Sugar & Trebol (only reason this isn't #1 is because this leads to some really good scenes)
3) Pell surviving the bomb
2) Shirahoshi not telling anyone Hody killed Otohime
1) Everyone survives the Punk Hazard gas
It doesn't make sense to have that issue with shinokuni when we were told explicitly that it didn't kill on contact. That was the whole purpose of Caesar restructuring Smiley to encapsulate the victims, so they could be killed over time instead of escaping the toxic fumes, like what happened the first time he tried the gas.
I was legitimately mad when Usopp ran again. Seemed like he didn't change a bit after TS.
Other than that, the lack of people actually dying, eg. Pell, Shinokuni Victims, People judged by Enel, Bon chan (even tho I'm glad he lives)
Also Law's hax Stamina. "jokes on you, I created a huge Room some time ago and you didn't notice, even tho I was near death back then and in the meantime"
>What does it add?
The negative side of using Gear 4 and why he doesn't just spam it all the time
>I was legitimately mad when Usopp ran again. Seemed like he didn't change a bit after TS.
You know I don't know why people forget this but you guys do remember changing people into a toy makes people forget about them right? Half of them and Robin were toys so he probably wasn't 100% sure why he was there. The fact that he came back at all was pretty damn heroic
>I'd rather have a weakness like Gear4 making Luffy's muscles unabel to move his body
Well that's kinda what happened. What difference would that have made? At least with this drawback we learn that haki isnt something you can just spam, and it expends energy.
>You know I don't know why people forget this but you guys do remember changing people into a toy makes people forget about them right? Half of them and Robin were toys so he probably wasn't 100% sure why he was there. The fact that he came back at all was pretty damn heroic
it was a faggot move and i hated him for that
>Also Law's hax Stamina. "jokes on you, I created a huge Room some time ago and you didn't notice, even tho I was near death back then and in the meantime"
You might have a point if it weren't for the fact that Law had made a point to mention at least two times during the arc that he needed to save his stamina. He mentioned it along the iron gate bridge to Green Bit and again after he lost his seastone cuffs before he and Luffy fought Doffy. It would really make less sense if he went all throughout the arc without doing something at least as impressive as what he did to that giant ship on Punk Hazard, where again, he mentioned how taxing it could be on his stamina.
I need more funny One Piece pictures, edits or not. Can I get some help?
Everything beside 2+3 is just you being a dumbfuck.
>Sabo was foreshadowed during the moment we saw the sake being poured
>Robin got turned into a toy, hence Usopp forgot pic related ever happened
>It was fucking explained that the Shinokumi didn't kill instantly on Punk Hazard
You fucking speedreaders might as well list yourselves off as braindead, because it's clear you don't understand what the fuck you're reading.
Who is that ravishing beauty? The new assistant warden/ Send me to Impel Down any day!
Thank you, now I gots a new waifu
>taking what you saw in the anime as canon
Literally Toei is fucking stupid when comes to things like that. Law never struggled with making a room on the bridge, hell he wasn't even trying to fight. He outright mentions that he needs to stall Doffy so the Sunny can get away in time and Nami can get rid of any clouds, if it was a legitimate fight Doflamingo would've caught on and just went for the other Strawhats. Also Law even says when he made the room how he made it by putting his life into it, as in pull a gear second and lower his lifespan.
TL;DR: You're mentally disabled.
Like I just said, he saved his stamina between the first encounter and second, when he had the cuffs on. This is something he commented on himself.
All I can even think of when it comes to AMVs are the droves of Linkin Park songs set to the Naruto vs. Sasuke fight at the waterfall bridge. Seriously, the 00's were a mistake.
There's a bit of a point to this- if they wanted to be women, Ivankov could just let them, right? But no, they choose to be crossdressers. I don't exactly understand the New Kama way though.
This actually makes sense. Zou is what Skypia was to Alabasta. Zou and Skypia=both jungle arcs that take place after the obviously connected Dressrosa and Alabasta arcs. Both so far even have "guardians"; in Skypia it was the priests, in Zou it's the guardians. Both locations had to be climbed up to. There was an entry gate in both arcs. The natives have a unique, natural trait (in Skypia, humans had wings, Zou has mink people). There's just so many similarities already, some are on the subtle side, yes, but I'm sure we'll see ore soon.
By that idea, it's possible that we'll get a "retrieve Sanji arc" to parallel Robin's "Ennies Lobby" arc, and eventually down the line we'll have something in a similar vein to the Marineford War, with Sabo having a major involvement, though I don't think he'll get K.O'd like Ace. Maybe that war will be the One Piece War arc? I'm not sure, these are just ideas.
So he was merely pretending to be fucked after the first fight? Or he was able to gather that much Stamina in the time between the first and the second fight?
>he saved his stamina between the first encounter and second, when he had the cuffs on
It's not like Seastone weakens an ability user or something
He got his shit pushed in in the second fight and even lost an arm, and yet he was still able to hold up a big Room? And a Gamma Knife? With that short recovery?
When it comes to Luffy, he at least has the "Eating lots of Meat" Recovery, wich makes a lot more sense than "I recover while being Seastone cuffed for roughly an hour and I'm totaly fine to pull shit like nothing happened"
At least explain, anon.
fyi a more powerful set of attacks does not equal awakening. Awakening in terms of paramecias usually involves a new concept being introduced to the power.
>Both so far even have "guardians"; in Skypia it was the priests, in Zou it's the guardians
The Priests were the antagonists, the Guardians seem like allys. If anything, they'll be more like the Shandians.
