Honestly, the whole Lin and then Greedlin shit turned a 10/10 into a 7/10 for me easily. Completely unnecessary subplot that started dropping moist turds into the rest of the story.

Watch 2003 first because it actually does the first arcs of the manga well and doesn't rush them like Brotherhood. Then watch Brotherhood, if you like, but you'll have to forget much of what was in the first series because it isn't canon with the manga.
