Ichigo is such a big god damn hero and it makes me feel young again when shit goes right for him.

The one thing that trips me up with Bleach is how Rukia isn't lusting after Ichigo's dick after he rescued her. I mean god damn every time Ichigo does something important she just stares at him in amazement.

I don't know, I kind of love Ichigo and Rukia's relationship the entire way through, even after Soul Society, they stay bro as fuck, but it still feels like there's something more going on? Hard to explain, but I love it.

Literally over half of the anime was filler episodes, it's a problem with Kubo's pacing, which although it fits the manga, doesn't translate into anime format well. One chapter will be about 5 minutes of an anime episode, and that's only if it's dialogue heavy. The anime progressed WAY faster than the manga, so they just kept having to put in dumb filler arcs.
And since the storyline of Bleach is so tight timeline-wise, there's never actually any plausible times in the story that the filler arcs could take place in, except for the first (Bount Arc). The anime just kinda monologues to the viewer "oh hey Ichigo's gonna go fight Ulquiorra but first lemme tell you about this other thing that happened a while ago" and it just hopes that you don't think to hard about it.

I think the first evidence to having higher level of reiryoku/reiatsu is the fact they feel hunger. Since Renji and Rukia as kids took some time to reach that level, it seems the energy starts low and grows. baby making is most likely requiring higher level of energy than hunger.

Second op was god tier. The music for it was good. It was my gateway anime when I was a wee lad. I hate how it deviated from the mangos and made shit just cause of money
