I feel that the VA they chose for him is appropriate for that kind of character (though I personally have trouble divorcing his sound from the MC's less goofy role in Barakamon), but also that he clashes with the character design somewhat. His voice is relatively deep and totally unlike those of the other Matsus, despite their being brothers. That said, the performance itself isn't bad.

For one, everyone calls Osomatsu "-niisan" while Todo calls everyone "-niisan". According to episode 4, Choromatsu address Karamatsu without honorifics.
