Shingeki no Bahamut S2 confirmed.
In charge of doing whatever they want.
Olivia got a re-release and had a twintail ver. sellout. Anime sold mediocre.
The game is the highest earning mobile game of 2013 so there's no danger of funds being an issue.
I hope they don't expand on the romance. The whole thing felt really awkward with her having the mentality of a five year old. And yes I am aware that's not a problem for some of you.
>mentality of a five year old.
>implying most people outgrow that stage
Jokes aside, you do realize most of the time her behaviour and mental capacity is the same as every other character featured?
Thanks for bringing some well-needed shit to bump the thread though.
I hope they show more monstergirls this time. Amira was a such a deception, I was hyped about this because she looked more mature than the usual main anime girl, turn out she was a loli stuck in the wrong body.
>at her most childish and innocent when she wanted to get Favaro to do something
So, typical woman. Case dismissed.
>only brains in the protagonist bunch
>tortures mercenary god's duck
>smacks around you're pic related
If they'd make the anime longer she'd deserve a three episode arc.
I knew it.
Thank god, I wanted this so bad.
>Season 2 annouced before Amira ever got a statue
>Season 2 annouced BEFORE THE FULL OPENING SONG GOT RELEASED
why aren't you guy asking the most important question
Is GOATee favavo going be in it?
that's excellent news.
I think its quite funny that the only recent fantasy anime without video game references is the one that is actually based on a video game.
Can it just be about Favaro and Kaisar? Please please please.
Cliches it used were common as fuck and people were tired of them so much they stopped using them. Like 20 years ago.
Seriously, show nosedived into a cesspool right after they get into that big city.
Where have you Jeannefags been for the past four months if you actually want more of her
Maybe this season will focus on the better side of the show since they know what works and what didn't.
I still enjoyed it overall, but things like removing Favaro (or rather, leaving him without personality)during almost 2 episodes due to "plot" was stupid.
Do we even know if they are continuing the (crappy) plot of the first season or just doing another Bahamut anime?
This is a setting with a top of potential. And first season failed completely.
>And first season failed completely.
Only the last couple of episodes were bad, and even then they were merely below average.
Bahamut arc is done with, whatever comes next will be better, though I expect the ending to dip again because basically every series suffers the same thing.
>More sexy Kaizaru
my body won't handle this
Remember the early episode where Amira got drunk and Favaro wanted to backstab her for 5x damage?
I wish there more episodes like that where the main cast just had fun. Or, rather, Favaro/Amira had fun while Kaisar/Rita had fun adventures in whatever strange area they were in while trying to catch up to Favaro.
Or just every episode be as amazing as the boat episode.
Episode 4 was heavy on exposition and the crazy zombie pirates zombie fishmen giant crab story was a bit too crazy and chaotic even for Bahamut
though I chuckle at the thought of Rita starting an underwater zombie apocalypse when the boat capsized. There were much better episodes.
Hoping for that as well. First season got serious way too fast. Maybe we'll get a few more of those bounties in the first few episodes of this season before it gets serious this time. With everyone already introduced, those first few episodes should be good fun.
I wonder who'll be the big bad this time though.
I wonder when this got decided. I read an interview with with the head of Cygames' new anime division that came out literally last month where he said a second season was unlikely.
>『神撃のバハムート GENESIS』の二期についても、（前に放送したアニメを）最終話できちんと終わらせているので、続編を作る意味があるのか？ とは思っていました。人気が出た作品だからといって、作り手側が続きを作る意味を見出すことができなければ、作る必要はないと思っています。
Hur saving the girl is generic and trying to kill and end it for her is generic, can't kill the unkillable dragon nor kill everyone in the last episode and make a no-ending. The show used the Bahamut's own lore for a plot-wise sound, believable ending but I guess it didn't have enough tweests.
>Favaro with curls
>Kaisar with straight hair?
Gathering accounts from twitter is suffering.
Based Cho comes through again, drawing from memory
She pretty much singlehandedly saved her city and beat the shit out of Azazel. She was practically a one woman army and overall great leader that would have made a great king. It sucks that she succumbed to temptation at one point wherein her arc basically came to a halt so that she could become an enemy but she was hardly useless. Really I can't think of a character that did more combat wise in the show at any given point.
Oh god halved hairpins were here to stay.
Fuck S2 was so much I forgot the last butt was shown at the concert too.
HOLY FUCKING SHIT.
I dreamed of this day, but I never thought it would come so soon.
This makes me happier than anything else, since there was a good chance that even if the show did get a continuation it would focus on a brand-new cast and we might not have seen Fava and company except in cameos. It looks like they know not to fuck with the good thing they have.
Speaking of that. His uncropped booty from vol. 3 cover got in the artbook.
>Bahamut S2 gets announced during concert
>another show of his has a concert
What are the chances?
