If you could live in any place shown in an anime, where would you live?
Hidamari apartments
Neo Venezia
>>124818839
Yeah, here.
>>124818731Are the Earthsea novels any good? The movie was meh but there was something about the setting that caught my attention.
>>124818983
>Are the Earthsea novels any good?
The author was butthurt because of how much Ghibli changed things. That's about all I know.
Kanon Town from Suite Precure.
>>124818731
I'd give literally anything to live on Horizon's Musashi.
Not only is the fact that it's a giant flying city ship awesome alone, it's inhabited with some of the most wonderfully strange people in the world.
>>124818839
I like to think Neo Venezia is actually heaven and its what awaits me when I die.
>>124819690
spoiler:you are already DESS and this is hell
>>124818731
I don't care about all the esper fights, explosions and human experiments. Even if I'm a level 0, I can enjoy a neat life with technology.
>>124818895
just take a vacation in the real venice idiot
>>124819094
She was extra butthurt because she'd been specifically pushing for Hayao Miyazaki to work on it and instead she got his less talented son.
>you will never fly a gunship in Tokyo-3
Honestly probably any rural town or small city featured in any rural SoL. I just want a relaxing environment with nice scenery.
I don't care if I can't watch anime, I'd just find something else to waste my time on. Like carving wooden figures or learning card tricks, for example.
Gamindustri
>>124818983
>Are the Earthsea novels any good?
I read some of the first one and found the writing to be incredibly poor.
The Megastructure from Blame!, I'd try to get all the qt cyborg girls.
>>124818895
>walk along a a canal
>along a a
>a a
Neo Venezia always seemed genuinely idealic. Like hardship just barely happens there.
The town in Gochiusa, whatever or wherever it's supposed to be. A town with cafes and qts.
>>124818731The inn in HanaIro.
It's just a suicide away, anon!
>>124819955
I don't remember the structure being this big.
A bigass orbiting space-station within the center of the humankind empire of Abh. You get the awesome factor of being in space with all the neat technology you want like artificial gravity, life extending medical care and hot Abh women in tight uniforms.
>>124819905
>Honestly probably any rural town or small city featured in any rural SoL.
Do I get a free Renge as well?
>>124820054
Wasn't there a room the size of jupiter? It's bretty fucking big either way,
The world of Ar Ciel.I know we like to pretend it didn't happen but there was an Ar Tonelico OVA so this counts as anime.
>>124820020
If idealic was actually a word, anon, I'm sure it would.
>>124818983
This.
>>124820129
I really need to reread this manga, the only thing i remember is "a dude has a cool gun, he fight machines in a big structure"...
Blame! is not related to his other works ?
>>124820245
I apologize for my shitty spelling
Flonyard is perfect.
>>124818731
>If you could live in any place shown in an anime, where would you live?
I'd like to visit a lot of places and explore:
GSG's Italy
>>124819790
Mid Childa and TSAB
Negima's Mars and Turkey
Escalowne's Gaia
Elementa Gelade's Guardia
Log Horizon's Elder Tale
SAO's new ALO with Aincrad
I probably forgot a lot of other places.
The Database.

>Blame! is not related to his other works
I don't think so. Reread it dude, it's amazing once you find scans that aren't totally ass.
>>124818731
Pretty much anywhere within easy cycling distance of Cafe Alpha.
>>124820020
This, Neo Venezia is like the real Venice but without crimes, pollution or the risk of sinking into the sea.
>>124820117
Have you ever been outside at night in rural japan?
Do you fear giant bugs?
I'd live in NeoTokyo from Akira provided it didn't fucking get exploded.
Just the right amount of grit and 80's/90's alternafuture stuff.

Chiba-ken
>>124818839
>>124818983
These two and also GuP.
>>124820129
I am quite confident that there is not enough matter in the solar system to build such a structure.
>>124818731
Dog Days universe is basically perfect happiness
I want to live in Chino's coffee shop
>>124827483
According to Nisio the Builders use the energy of the Sun to convert dark matter into additional structure.
>>124827799
e=mc²
>>124824106
This, or maybe another region like Hoenn. But Pokemon world for sure.
Hinamizawa
>>124827799
I don't think there's enough dark matter in the solar system either.
>>124819909
>:O
Kill yourself
>>124823944

>>124819094
>>124819861
And the fact the movie was shit - but she couldn't outright say that now could she.
>>124828074
>I don't think there's enough dark matter in the solar system either.
Dark matter is like 80% of the universe. That's like saying "I don't think there's enough water on earth to fill our swimming pool".
>>124828999
>Dark matter is like 80% of the universe
Dark matter isn't real.
It's a tool to fix flawed calculations.
Consider the fact that the shittiest country on earth, run by a dictator and made up mostly of forests, had a population of over 121 million people.
Then consider the fact that most of this map is uncharted and only makes up a small percentage of the total world.
Then consider the fact that there are areas where the quality of life is just as good or even better than real life places with giant sprawling cities and everything else.
If I can develop nen or find someone to teach me then that already puts me in the top percentage of the top percentage. Just by having someone shoot you full of nen already makes you one of the best people on earth.
