Didn't think the Japs had good taste in beer.
>Tfw blue moon makes me wanna throw up if I don't drink it super slow
And my friends always get it and make fun of me for babysitting
It was the same for me. You should start with Angry orchard or RED's which are apple beers that don't taste like beer. After 3-4 you will be buzzed enough to drink anything else and now worry about the taste.
I really dislike beer. Back in college I told somebody this and they shoved this shit in my face. I chugged it all at once and told them it still tastes like carbonated piss.
I don't know how people drink this shit.
>american microbreweries are leading the world in good beer right now
I'm sure that's what you think if all you've ever had is shitty American piss water. Seriously one of the worst countries for beer. At least some of the west coast wines are decent though nothing amazing either.
i have countless of these mugs in my basement
Holy shit you parrot everything you read on the internet, don't you?
American wines hold up in shit-tier categories like white and blush, but out beer is godly. We field a huge variety, and dominate stouts and pale ales. Belgians stile won whites, but that's not going to change any time soon.
>tfw shit taste in beer
that's a fucking joke,I have a local craft beer store that imports thousands of different beers from around the world, I tasted dozens of beers from around europe and they all were shit.
you make jokes about "piss water" beer, but truly europe is the KING of piss water.
>m-m-MUH GERMAN BEER PURITY LAW
gee I sure do love drinking watered down hops and barley with absolutely 0 fucking flavor
I hate beer because of the taste, and when I drink, I drink to get drunk. It's easier to take a couple of shots of hard liquor than to drink a bunch of beers to get to the same level of drunk.
>tfw adding a tiny bit of water and a good amount of Ice to Sierra torpedo in a mason jar
>tfw nectar of the gods
Fact: if you see someone complaining that all american beer is piss water or whatever then it is confirmed that they have never had any beer outside of the shitty commercialized beer.
Fact: hometown breweries that cant ship out further than the own state they are brewed in are the best types of beers. And america is the best when it comes to these types of micro brews
You have probably never had most American beer of note, because the microbrew stuff basically doesn't get imported.
The craft and microbrew scene is booming, and highly competitive. As beer sales across America shrink slightly, the sales of this better level of beer soar.
This is doubly true if your standard of good beer is some Euro macrobrew like Stella or Heineken.
>tfw new brewery opening up in my tiny canadian town
>Muh pond scum beer
fuck you, Great Lakes is
