Actually it was pretty good, it was "shit" the same way TTGL was shit; the ending was terrible and everything after the timeskip was underwhelming and disappointing, but the show overall was way, way better than the average anime in their respective years.

I don't know why people are losing their shit over a literal Inferno Cop spiritual sequel that nobody expected anything of. If you DIDN'T think it was going to be like this you're an idiot. I mean, I expected more "comic-book-panel stills" than actual Inferno Cop animation, but the level of cheapness is right where I thought it would be.
