You bring up some interesting concepts OP. Her mind is surely incredible, allowing her to beat even Meme with ease, even though he's much stronger than her.

One of the most interesting things about Hanekawa that you mention is the fact that she was the one who held onto the Cat Oddity, rather than the other way around. When the Cat Oddity was hurt by Shinobu's sword, she brought it into herself even further.
