I guess. When I mentioned /h/ I was thinking of how I kept seeing League of Legends threads and other similar western stuff on there reasonably regularly, but I couldn't find one now so maybe they've improved.

A few months or a year or so back it was reasonably easy to find non-/h/ threads on /h/ that had been going for a long time, though.
