This chapter makes me suspect that Keita's faking the whole drunken act. The way he instantly gets drunk when it shouldn't be possible, and instantly sobers up is just a bit surreal. Along with the convenient developments regarding his memory.

Yeah it's an ecchi harem manga so it could just be a convenient plot device, but it wouldn't be too out there if he just thinks/intentionally acts drunk with it as an excuse to be perverted. This chapter in particular pushes the behavior to the furthest extremes, most likely intentionally as it coincides with Mikuni guilting him over it.
