There's nothing wrong with using your own defintions for such open-ended terms, but you can't ask people to comply to them. Misinformation spread in western communities aside, one of the characteristics of a tsundere that hasn't changed since the first one is that the tsun refers to a hostile behaviour, same with kuudere and a cold (cool used as a synonim synonym here) behaviour.
