Well, I watched it on Daisuki.
The direction is kinda weird, probably because it follows the manga which is lack of explanation. The music doesn't match I think, but the action is good.

Also, it just feels like watching Gintama. I can't wipe the image of Sarutobi from Chain Sumeragi.
