Basically your typical Narou isekai hero, with all the cliche plots.

But he dies unsuccessfully, and that triggers the Miko to cause a massive "change" in attempt to change his fate.

This results in Rudy. Rudy is literally that standard trope of "great man who came to this world prior to the hero from our own world, and did many great deeds" that so many narou novel uses.

Rudy's actions drastically changes the stage and history, likely resulting in Akito and Lilia having a happy end.
I bet Akito will have a harem consisting of at least Lilia and Nanahoshi too.

That's why the final epilogue is actually called "Prologue".

You know, Rudy set up a lot of typical RPG points.
He invented mana potions and assisted in making magical armor that enhances physical abilities.
He sealed an immortal demon in a valley of dragons, and helped in sealing a God with chains and everything that screams final boss or hidden boss just looking at it.
He made worldwide teleportation systems.
He made the era of swords turn more toward magic through literacy and new knowledge.

The only thing he's missing is establishing communications with a fucking Moon race or something and flying ships.

It seems kind of weird to end it here for Rudi.
