That's the thing, she doesn't fully find her answer. She stays with Shirou so that maybe he can help her find her answer, whereas in True, she finds it herself. I don't particularly like either endings in regards to Saber's development (since they just lack of it), but True had a bit more of a conclusion.

Frankly it's basically hard to care that much when Archer was more or less insane at the time, and Rin herself didn't care at all or hold it against him either. Plus Archer did try to stop Shinji and Gilgamesh. He phrased the situation like a jackass to provoke Shirou and Saber, he was looking to make Shirou hate him and Saber to go save Rin.

Despite the opinions, HF has always been my favorite route. You can barely bring it up without a "Yeah, but..." though. Hard to say it's good without someone mentioning how it's somehow shit.
