Awful last arc, plot thrown into the last arc and didn't feel believable, Hibiki was shit. At least the middle two arcs were good. They focused on interesting situations and better characters than the main cast.
Certain plot-points weren't explained well enough. Other than that it was pretty enjoyable. I wouldn't mind a spinoff with Ai becoming a best.
It was pretty shit, but fun. Good enough for me
It was a 1 cour episodic show, which means it has a grand total of 5 arcs to prove itself. Of those 5, 2 were shit, 1 was mediocre and 2 were great.
If it had managed some degree of consistency to the quality of its writing and animation it would have been great, but its low points just let it down as a whole.
I watched the first 4 episodes and while the animation and music are really nice it seems BEYOND inconsistent. Like hand-waving doesn't begin to describe the level of plot convenience.
Should I just skip it and move on to shipfus?
How does it feel to be so wrong?
Episodes 3 and 4 were the worst arc of the show, watch at least the next arc, you should also forget about the plot.
The last 4 episodes made me feel like I'd accidently skipped an arc or something, loads of shit I'd never heard mentioned being dropped, also aliens.
Middle was good though.
It needed more riding and sol.
The show perfectly illustrated why you don't make background characters protagonists.
Also, there was a severe lack of rolling considering the title. It should have been about a girl band traveling on their bikes, giving concerts and getting into shenanigans. No need for plot, best/rest shit and all that jazz.
