This is objectively the best studio. Try to prove me wrong

Maruyama left.
KyoAni exists.
JC Staff exists
Trigger exists.
>>123180226
This
>>123180231
Not this
I want to say Production I.G. but
>Abunai Sisters
Madhouse is complete shit, fuck off. I won't be surprised if One punch man turns into complete shit, sells 500 copies and lowers manga sales.
VAP was a shit owner
NTV is even shittier now
Madhouse IP almost non- existent
Sunrise exists.
>>123179485
Chaos;Head anime.
Shaft exists.
Ufotable exists
Gonzo exists.
>>123180429
Uh...
>>123179485
Too many mediocre adaptations(Parasyte, Rainbow and HxH being recent examples) under their belt and most of their talent left or died.
Gainax existed.
>>123180537
DEEN exists.Sadly.
Pierrot exists
Manglobe exists
You must have forgot about that stretch were they did nothing but awful comic book adaptations.
>>123179485
It is, but SHAFT cocksuckers will try to whine about it against you.
>>123180260
>>123180231
Fair options, but still unsuperior to OP.
>>123180528
>rainbow
>mediocre
Say what you want about Madhouse, but at least they've got consistent quality and variety. KyoAni and SHAFT shows are usually all the same from one author or have the same look. KyoAni can into moe and sakuga, SHAFT can into surreal and artsy, but Madhouse can into overall consistency and variety.
You can't say that OP...All the OPM fans will go nuts if they see this.
>>123180528
I can give you Parasyte and Rainbow, but apart from pacing issues nothing was really wrong with Hunter x Hunter.
>>123183876
>Madhouse can into overall consistency and variety.
>variety
wat
>>123183935
>Satoshi Kon films and anime shows
>Hosoda movies
>Yuasa shows
>shounen manga adaptations
>seinen manga adaptations
They've done a lot of different genres
>>123184181
People and demographics aren't genres.
>>123180226
I read somewhere that it was Maruyama who made Madhouse got financial problems. He always huge amount of budgets to achieve god-tier quality anime, especially Satoshi-kon's anime
>>123179485
>Madhouse ----> MAPPA (Good)
>I.G ----> Wit (Good)
>Gainax ---> Trigger (Meh)
I think the closest one with Madhouse is Production I.G
I have to admit that Kyoani has solid animation too, but they need to prove their greatness by stop making moe anime, imo
>>123184357
I meant to "as well" at the end of my last sentence actually. But my point is, they've done a variety of different works in a lot of different genres, something other studios mentioned in this thread, like KyoAni and SHAFT, hasn't done. KyoAni, for example, mainly focuses on pandering to a specific demographic (fujo or otaku) with comedy, SoL, moe and romance.

You forgot about Gon forgetting Kite, the painfully amateurish direction, lack of real effort put in save for about a handful of episodes, Greed Island, difference in character behavior, and awful use of music for every single arc except for CA.

>You forgot about Gon forgetting Kite,
Never happens
>the painfully amateurish direction
You dont even know what that means, be specific.
>lack of real effort put in save for about a handful of episodes
I can give you that to an extent. Despite the amount of effort put in, there weren't any episodes obviously lacking in quality in comparison to others.
>Greed Island
Source material's issue
>difference in character behavior
That's called "character progression", my friend
>awful use of music for every single arc except for CA.
I wouldn't say awful, just bland. Even if it improves in CA they use the same 2 - 3 (good) tracks over and over.
