She didn't care about anyone, she clearly had some emotional issues, and she was way too dependent on Yamato. This shit was all apparent since her first appearance.

If you don't want her to develop in her route, then you'd need to get rid of every single other thing that was laid out in the common route.

I've only done the prologue, Momoyo's route, and part of Yukie's route, but I'm really not impressed with him. Not being a beta is the only interesting thing he has going for him.

Yeah, he's not beta, but that still doesn't make him interesting. Even when it comes to romance he doesn't do a whole lot. For Momoyo he, uh, did well on exams and won the class war, I guess. Not terribly interesting. For Yukie he spoke to her once or twice and told gave her some basic advice about how to approach Iyo chan and befriend her. He neither has interesting conversations or chemistry with the girls nor really does much for them. It's just not satisfying to read.

In general, he doesn't have many goals he's shooting for in life, he doesn't have any quirks or neat traits, he doesn't have an entertaining dynamic going between him and any of his friends. In my opinion, he doesn't even live up to his nickname of the Tactician, and the repeated references to his "great intellect" become cringeworthy when there's little in the VN to actually support them.

Can Hideo-sama outfuck Yamato's magnum with his 25 cm glory?

Yamato has a good size and he can shoot off many rounds in a row. We don't actually know what Hideo's cannon's performance is like.
