The building collapsing takes up less than 1 second of screentime and is part of the promo footage for an anime that's not coming out for more than a year. They probably haven't even started production yet, and only slapped together those fragments of scenes to have something other than words and manga stills to stuff into a minute long pv.

I doubt that scene makes it into the anime without a retake, and even if it does it's a 1/2 second cut.

People talking about 'highlights' and whatnot don't seem to understand the process here.
