She is irrelevant. She couldn't do shit against Berserker, she did nothing against Assassin, got destroy by the teacher and then she got stolen by Caster. She had almost no influence over the plot more then her absence from Shirou's side causing a minor problem. As a plot device she had just minor relevance and as a character she had none at all. Calling her irrelevant may be a slight exaggeration but it's still perfectly justifiable. No one except rabid Saberfags would argue against this.

She's seem as a simple evil at first, with an evil look that stays hidden/clouded, but when you know the truth about her, she just looks normal.
