The Triage X designs are a complete 180 from the original designs, where the girls were extremely fit and athletic.

When the tourism board approaches PA about making anime to upsell a certain region, I wonder what sort of meetings are had where they settle on something like making an anime about making an anime set in Musashino.

The leap there just seems drastic.

I would watch an entire series with the director being the protagonist living in an alternate dimension with super-powers like in his imagination.

This was a long time coming though. They'd built up that there was going to be an issue with Nogames confirmations, and the setup made it clear that proper communication would solve things.

I'd perhaps say the contents of this episode could have been split into two (one for initially dealing with the need to redo the episode and then finally confronting Nogame, one for working on the fixes agreed on with Nogame and then giving more time to the fact Zuka got a role), but ultimately this delivered it well regardless.
