>director of K-ON! series.
She seems too sensible to be truly japanese, do you think she might be a weeaboo manlet wearing a japanese woman's skin?
>talking about horrible side of the industry
>OP's first thought: LOOK GUISE SHE'S A GURL
Throwing a better question out to /a/ in general then: is it just hte bubble I surf the web in or is there a lot of criticism of conditions within the anime industry right now? and if so, why now?
There's a new epic meme here where idiots replace stills from an interview with text that the person obviously never said. I mean in this one the sequence of dialogue doesn't even make any fucking sense.
This one is themed to poor working conditions because of a popular article that went viral about some weeb's experience working for a Japanese studio.
This whole fake quotes shit is getting out of hand.
Can someone photoshop her image in that dramatic black and white fashion saying "K-On was a mistake", like pic related
WOW CHECK YOUR PRIVILEGE SHITLORD. IF YOU REFUSE TO GIVE WOMEN SPECIAL RIGHTS AND ONLY HIRE THEM TO FULFILL A GENDER QUOTA YOU ARE MISOGYNIST PIG WHO NEEDS TO GET YOUR DICK CUT.
These pics are starting to look like they're actually malicious now instead of just a harmless joke. Most of them also come from tumblr, which leads me to question if it's butthurt feminists who are making them because they don't like how the anime industry objectifies females.

Jet fuel can't melt steel beams.
Or we can all say that the creation of entertainment for the wide audience isn't all free pizza parties and sex parties for the hardest workers.
It's mainly "blood, sweat, and tears." You end up hating the product you're making. It's soul-crushing; and sometimes, you'll end up dying from the lack of self-care.
That's why we in the US have unions...
>tumblr feminist boogeywomen infiltrating muh board
I remember times I could talk about philosophy on /a/, including works of de Beauvoir and Dworkin.
Thank you moot for housing the wonderful board called /pol/ on this imageboard.
Nice strawman, cunt.
I wasn't talking about OP in specific, I was talking about the images in general, which indeed come from tumblr.
>anyone who doesn't like feminists is from /pol/
Please, go back to your shithole, you disgusting hairy fat cow: >>>/cgl/
You must mean talk about how shitty those works are. Before /pol/ came along /a/ was one of the most anti-feminist boards on 4chan. Roughly 5 years ago we would have regular 3dpd threads where we discussed how feminism has ruined 3d women at least three times a day.
>hairy fat cow
Quality posts. Totally not /r9k/ here.
>I've been taking part in shitposting threads for 5 years.
Congratulations, you're cancer.
CAPTCHA confirms it.
Reading books about feminism doesn't make you a feminist though. I don't like it either and like I said it makes no sense to talk about it here but your immediate defensive reaction is pathetic.
What's wrong with me calling you out for what you are?
Go on, corner yourself more. Tell me more about how I must be one of your favorite boogeywomen targets.
One more time please. Let out all the hate you feel for women on me. Come on.
>They originate from blogs that are obviously /a/nons
Nice try. The bulk of the /a/ userbase does not use any shitty social media websites. They are outsiders who come here from time to time at most.
5 years of shitposting and still falling for the obvious bait
Now go fuck yourself with a broom and start trying to comprehend that someone who doesn't fit into your narrow boogeywoman stereotype can also think that you're a fucking idiot.
What's that supposed to prove?
OP's pic is clearly malicious and misleading. The Hayao Miyazaki ones looked obviously humorous, but I can't see any slightest bit of humor in that one.
1 board to rule them, 1 board to bind them, 1 board to bring them and in red pill bind them. In the land of 4chan where tumbler dies
I think you mean
>One cancer to kill them all.
You shouldn't trust anything you read someone say came from a Japanese source even when they link to the source more than 90% of the time it is either entirely bullshit and not what the source says at all or somewhat related to the source but heavily distorted by the way they translate it through their own biases. It is even more funny when you see people parrot these things on /a/ as if they were fact because they saw it in a thread.
Speaking seriously here I'm glad more and more industry people are speaking out about how bad things have gotten in the industry. Aside from the very obvious overworking issue it's become pretty clear that producers do not give a fucking how something turns out as long as the commercial end is achieved which can now be managed simply by marketing the right way to shallow waifu fans or Fujoshi or in some cases both. A show doesn't even have to make darn sense anymore or even be animated on a functional schedule cause it just doesn't matter and producers know it. Just throw waifus and trendy shut at people with popular seiyuu attached, throw Sawano onto music and Urobuchi or some other Otaku person on the script add some event tickets and a special booklet by the popular Otaku person to the Blu-ray and presto instant baseline 8K seller bare minimum regardless of whether the show looks good, makes any sense or shows any ambition at all. Meanwhile for the stuff that does its usually their loss cause they lose out on the Otaku and Fujoshi and end up bombing.
It's why anime is kind of a joke and probably has less than a generation of creators left before the whole industry either collapses or is forced to adapt to the reality of animators that can barely do their job and an industry run entirely by people with the mindset of an eroge company.
and yet as the thread will likely demonstrate nobody really cares and if they do they probably just think it's great cause yay waifus and shitposting and such. Literally all that matters anymore
