So, this is good or not?, seems like S2 incoming.
BD: *5,482 *5,482 Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata Vol.1 Limited Edition
DVD: 1,110 *1,110 Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata Vol.1 Limited Edition
It's alright and will certainly still sell slightly more as it's just the first week, but in this case the average should be more telling as the first volume has an event ticked while being half priced for only including the episode 0.
Lemme get this right faglord, in the end is there a way how we can know if Saekano is getting S2? what is the deal about those 10k?
Selling well doesn't guarantee s2 anyway, and there are series that sold around 5k that got one.
Numbers aren't particularly great, if they are good or not we will know based on the following volumes but it's certainly above flop line at this point.
I am not too sure about that. The effect of an event ticket depends on its cast, and SaeKano's cast isn't that great. As for the half price, it only contains one episode, so it's simply natural. Anyway,
>Volume 2 points
>Volume 3 points
The points estimated for their release date is about 3K, which is about the same for Volume 1. Volume 2 has an event ticket but full price, and Volume 3 has no event ticket and is full price.
I think it's good. At least i want vol 8 to be released first so i could know which direction the story will have.
Iirc minami-ke sells wasn't amazing but still got 3 sequels and several ovas.
Author is kill
Same with haruhi, will never get S3, author went on a hiatus and the work will forever be unfinished.
I have seen it happen to many series, the author just walk away from the series without giving a closure.
12kingdom, ichigo mashimaro, znt, MM and berserk seem to be going this way.
Not all event tickets are equal. It depends on the cast. With Shigatsu it seems like it's a concert with Goose House and a whole bunch of other people that I have no idea on their popularity.
So faggots, in the end S2 is not a fact and sales doesn't even confirm that shit.
They seem to forget about the part where they make the shows actually good to watch. The "extra treatment" basically all goes into ancillary promotional things to try and help the shows sell better in spite of their overall quality and merit.
Shigatsu ends one week earlier than it does freeing up a time slot for them to cram an extra episode into it. After that noitaminA goes down to being a half hour block with some other otaku bait looking show called Punchline that looks really fucking bad because even with shit like half priced discs, tons of extras and switching the block up to be the exact opposite of what it started off to achieve it's still barely profitable enough to justify to the TV station.
