My mistake, the actual BDs run time is 480mins, So it's actually 8 hours total.

Assuming this is 24 episode + double 13, then that'll add at minimum of 4 hours 30mins, so ~13 hours worth of footage here. They'll most likely add in another double for the final and extra BluRays footage too.
So TV will actually be longer than the route.

Don't see how they would do HFs in one moving considering all these extra time they're giving UBW.

It's a franchise that's half joke at times, but then they make the jokes into fleshed out real shit, while still acknowledging this is crazy. The stat sheets are fine, and they're Nasu-approved as well. They're believable enough considering max boosts from fame. It can boost Vlad, overall a mediocre Servant when not relying on the Dracula fame boost, to Karna-level. If both Oda and Hideyoshi are naturally strong on their own, being boosted to that extreme isn't super surprising. They'll probably be more tame when they appear in Grand Order.
