The way I see it, the unconditional love from her family only strengthens the feelings she has for them, because her husband literally saved her from herself. The way a child loves and needs its mom will resonate with her well, and I think she'll end up being a phenomenal mom, even if she isn't confident with her abilities as one.

Modern pregnancy tests (at least in america) are extremely accurate and can be relied upon to give correct results from 7 weeks on.

I can't really speak for others, but when the wife and I did a pregnancy test, the result was instantaneous, we didn't even have to wait the five minutes.
