others for the wsjd thread being Gakkyu Hotei, Cyborg Roggy, and Black Clover.
The main attraction today will be the latest Jump Start series: Ultra Battle Satellite. I expected to hate this one because it has a stupid title and the promo image from the last few weeks looked lame, but rest assured this is basically the best of the Jump Start series and it blows all the other ones out of the water (in my opinion).
Essentially, it's like a shounen Shamo. The MC is a bloodthirsty cunt who's greedy as fuck and rolls with lowlives, but honestly I find him likable. He is a fighter who wants to actually fight, unbound by shitty sportsman rules that ignore the intent of martial arts. The premise of the series is that he has been given a venue to let loose and earn money doing it.
Also it has an absolutely delightful "main girl". If this series doesn't make it through, I riot. I like this enough that I'm keeping it in the MEGA folder already.

>Tenjou Tenge will never get a proper anime.
Why do you even bother OP, living.
For whatever reason, I can't stop giggling at these stupid faces.
Wasn't the anime well-received? Never saw it. I like the OP, though.
Every Jump Start series is a new WSJ series.
Also, the art grew on me over the course of this chapter.
Had it's third chapter last week so yes, no Kagamigami unless it's voted into viz jump.
All the Jump Start series are looking great so far with the exception maybe the exception of Black Clover. Also some of the character designs in Ultra Battle Satellite look weird as fuck. It's gonna suck when some of these series get killed off.
Though in my opinion I hope Cyborg Roggy stays. I just love how unique Roggy's design looks, imo it's the best out of all of them.
How many of those Jump Start series are going to get published by Viz then? Anyways, it's obvious kamigami is going to a long-running manga. Black clover won't be. The choice should be easy..
I don't know. Since I'm new to viz I'm no expert on the way they do things. I think the last time they did this, E-robot and Gakkyu Hotei were selected, but I may be wrong. That would mean two go through.
This is the page where I thought, "wow, it's just fucking Shamo"
I hope Black Clover is canceled. In three chapters it didn't do anything special or work with its potential at all.
Not with Black Clover. It's way too fast-paced and rushed. Naruto had some solid characteristics in its first chapters that made you attached to it. Black Clover is simply a mess, the editor responsible for this work should be ashamed.
I think it's fine. Rather than dicking around for the whole chapter, they've went ahead and established the main character's occupation and attitude, and now they're giving you the series' premise.
If you mean Kagamigami, I'm sorry to say that I will not be posting that, since it's not in viz jump anymore. Won't be unless it's voted in.

Jump Start program. They translate the first 3 chapters of some new WSJ series and one/two/some amount of them stay in the magazine depending on what the readers say in emails and the weekly survey.
What a nice guy, hooking up his rival with underground street fights.
So what's the status on What Can You Kill? It's by my favorite author, Nisio Isin, and I guess it was a one-shot in November then picked up weekly in January but I can't find anything else about it
Without a raw I can't say, but it could be considering she looks like one and carries one...and this is Japanese.
First time hearing about it, but you won't get any help from me on that. Not a fan of Nisio, not one bit.

So are you actually saying that people voted for Naruto: Hogwarts edition and PCP.
They do not run it like "all first chapters one week, all second next, all thirds last". They do it in rotation/rounds. They opened up wth Kagamigami, then Black Clover, then Cyborg Roggy, then Ultra Battle Satellite.
Black Clover ends this week, Roggy next, UBS after that.
starting with stuff this dirty
this series is making me fall in love so fast
I'm thinking it'll be one of those series that introduces people who have "real superhuman powers".
Too bad viz can't cuss. "Piece of shit" would be way better.
>that look of warrior's ecstasy
This is why I like Jin.
