That Yuka save though.
RIP in pieces, Aerial Girl of the feathered wing-ears.
Did these two fuck?
Full Season when?
Arupin a best
Don't know if this is old news because I've been avoiding threads.
But apparently is both a huge yuri-fag and Ema-fag, so they gave Ema a yuri harem.
>Fat Honda will never lock you in a cage and have his way with you
I guarantee you that anyone that is investing any sort of money in this show would be considered an otaku, if for that fact alone.
HOLY SWEET JESUS! Somebody poke out my eyes!
>Appears in the ED
>Appears literally nowhere else in the episode
Why would they do this?
Hiraoka got blown the fuck out by Madoka of all people.
They probably had a crush back in animator school which neither of them acted upon.
Everyone knows Tarou is the most reliable guy!
>Segawa and Endou rekindled their old flame after they got drunk after one of those "Job well done" celebration drinking party. Ended up having a one night stand.
>They agreed to never talk about it again and pretend that it never happened.
>Couple weeks later Segawa found out that she's pregnant and informs Endou by phone.
>Segawa and Endou secretly meet at a cafe to discuss their next course of action. Segawa concludes that she'll keep the baby, but won't ask anything of Endou. As she doesn't want to ruin her friend's marriage. Endou protests, as he doesn't want his friend to bear the burden of raising a child alone, and wants to take responsibility. They then started arguing.
>Suddenly Endou's wife shows up by their table. Unbeknownst to Endou. She actually overheard his phone conversation with Segawa, and followed him to their meeting.
>Having always suspected Endou and Segawa's feelings for each other, and have always known that her marriage with Endou was superficial at best. She wasn't least surprised of what had transpired between them. While she does love Endou very much, she couldn't bear the thought of breaking the two apart again.
>She convinces Segawa to be part of their life together. That she'll accept Segawa and the child into their family.
>A few months later, Endou's wife gave birth to the couple's first child. And now a very visibly pregnant Segawa helps with taking care of the baby and being it's wet nurse with her cowtits.
>They also have hawt preger lactating threesome every night after the baby's asleep.
The doujin writes itself!
When will people stop conflating show quality with amount of discussion? Even when they're airing some great shows never get talked about while some awful shows get talked about nonstop.
I don't really disagree with you too much about how good Shirobako is, but that's a fucking awful way to think about it.
Needs more episodes badly. Half the main characters don't even appear, implied storylines and backstories are never explored, presumably due to lack of time. PA Works, you know what to do. Don't fuck it up.
More like Season 2 with the first half being Zuka failing to get any roles, then Aoi gives her a pity role in Seven Lucky Battle Gods, then everyone hates her voice and she never gets another role. The End.
Why is Tarou such a fun dude?
I really don't. The show is realistic enough to an extent that half the "main" characters are irrelevant/meaningless in both the industry and the show. It would betray the moderately realistic standards the show has set so far.
Sometimes, there's a single thing that makes you think "this is going to be gold". What sold the show to you, anon?
My waifu is jew and even /pol/ can't stop me
It is an anime about working, about people who are struggling days in and days out, but somehow their dream still lives on.
It reminds me of how much I loved my job when I first started out. It is helping me love what I do again.
Will this be the worst incident to happen in the history of Musani, or will Tarou cure Hiraoka of being a faggot?
>all that yelling before his name is called
>clearly listening in on it
My sides are in orbit.
Anyone able to read Russian?
I work in the hospital. It became more of a battle to get through the flood of patient consults after a while. After trying to remember all of my passion back when I was a first year student, fresh in the program, and taking the time to listen to all of them, the job is becoming fun again.
Madoka best girl.
I was for a good year and a half at my old job, but I kept up with it because I kept holding out for a promotion that would never happen. So late last year I jumped ship to a smaller, less prestigious company, knowing I would be doing more work for less pay. And you know what?
I fucked up. These guys are idiots. REGRET.
That's my blog.
From what i can see
>Ejection of the Seat...
>check. lock (?)...
>don't work (or doesn't work?)...
some other nonsense ...
n-notice me already!
Thanks. At the very least, I know that, a year or two from now, I can leave having accomplished my original goal of moving into a higher-level position. I just hope I can learn to enjoy it.
I wouldn't know because she never gets any character development. But yeah, pretty much. It's an important plot point that I wish Shirobako expanded on. Sometimes working for the smaller firm doesn't mean things get better.
Can we even say Aoi has a dream now? Is it just working hard to support her friends? That seems like a self-sacrificing dream.
My dream is to be one of those IT guys that works from the Bahamas, but I also know that a lot of those guys are fucking losers who have serious issues and probably hate their lives.
>Ochiai and Honda gone
The good ol' days man.
That look of shock, not even the Russian spirits can protect the world from her retaliation.
Let's rate them
Sweden > Israel > Russia > Nippon > America
>My dream is to be one of those IT guys that works from the Bahamas, but I also know that a lot of those guys are fucking losers who have serious issues and probably hate their lives.
That subplot seems to have been glossed over as well. It seems like there were a lot of things they had to drop from the cast members after finding out they weren't gonna get 4 cours.
Kisa was the one who animated Rider Arupin.
The attention to detail in this show is great.
>I actually can tell by the BGM if the show is going to be good or not.
No you can't, you silly cunt.
>"We're gonna...we're gonna get through this and birth some fucking calves, Aria Grande."
>"The fuck are you talking about, white pig? Why am I Gr-"
>"We're gonna get greased up with afterbirth and WRASSLE, right?"
>"HUWAITO PIGGU G-"
>"Afterbirth and calves and shit AND TEXAS"
It's really come a long way.
Ochiai will beat the shit out of Hiraoka next episode. I'm upset that they trolled us by having him narrate the preview last episode making us think that he's gonna appear today.
I know. Unforgivable.
What's Oi chan thinking about?
Bullying is bad. Bullying should be punished.
This episode had plenty of QUALITY scenes. Brotarou being based as fuck helped out a bit.
I'm late to the Shirobako threads, but did anyone else think they were gonna fuck this episode?
I wasn't paying attention to that specifically but there's an arc about 2D vs 3DCG and an arc about character design. Probably some other stuff that may interest you along the way.
Just watch it.
>Gets told that she's only using her gender to advance
>Becomes deeply affected
That was some shallow writing. Or was something lost in translation?
There's parts where it goes into character design and difficulty of not knowing how something would move, but most of the time it doesn't go too in depth to keep a wide audience.
Wear whatever your character is wearing
>Bumps into her
>Immediately stares at her thighs
Just get everyone to have ZR for a day. Maybe that will cure Hiroaka of his faggotry.
Imagine they made her become Kotomine Kirei instead.
>no coffee alien that you drink and it lives in your body.
just rewatched this part, holy shit my sides.
Why isn't Hiroka fired?
If you started a new job and then about 2 months into a project blew the fuck up at someone(especially someone who's been with the company a lot longer), you'd probably be fired on the spot.
Or should be.
Japanese labor laws are such that firing people is nigh impossible.
This is a pretty long read, but it's really interesting and has a lot of great info on Japanese corporate culture and law: http://www.kalzumeus.com/2014/11/07/doing-business-in-japan/
>Old men have a soft spot for young girls.
This is so fuckin' true, Hiraoka is a bullshit character tho. haha..
It is often true, but at the same time, it's pretty obvious that's not what is happening here, and Diesel is pretty damn good at what she does. Hiraoka is just a shit. Based on what he said, I assume he had aspirations for a creative role and was too crap at it to get it.
Haha seriously though. Tarou's getting better and better as the season progress.
Tarou also is more or less a likeable guy in the sense that I wouldn't mind sharing a beer with him.
I would go out of my way to kick Hiroka straight in the balls.
Also harassment in the work place when he called out Diesal-san? If I went into work tomorrow and told one of my co-workers that she has it way easier just because she's a women then I'd probably be out of work by the of the day.
He's counter-productive though. At some point you have just cut your losses and move on.
Hmm that's probably the only explanation I am willing to accept.
This. Even if she was unbothered by the accusation, being blindsided at work by a coworker you barely know who is seemingly seething with contempt for you is gonna be kinda offputting.
Apparently this is what the author of Third Aerial Girls' Squad looks like in real life.
I'd be fucking ticked. Think she was mocking his uppity attitude by being edgy here.
Old men also have a soft spot for other old men. Like that artist that Oi-chan met at the bar. She wasn't really getting anywhere with him but when he found out who the snacks were from he decided to do the job.
>mfw when this random guy stares at my legs then insults me
I'm honestly confused as hell by this. After what he said to Aoi, and especially after this episode, I thought he had some deep issue with women, but then he hangs out with Yano fine?
>Tarou also is more or less a likeable guy in the sense that I wouldn't mind sharing a beer with him.
I'd imagine Tarou would be more tolerable after I'm drunk.
I think it's just something easy for him to blame his failure on. He wants to think that other people are only succeeding where he failed because they have some innate advantage.
Can we really consider the other girls main characters? Sure, it's tight but they're managing to squeeze in their stories just fine. I think it's pretty amazing how well most of the characters in the studio have been explored as it is.
>Not putting your all into the job you love
Edgelord needs to have his illusions broken.
It’s not a dumb reason, it’s a very realistic possibility. She’s affected because she herself knows very well that it’s a possibility, that’s why she went out of her way to harass poor writer-kun too.
But that's precisely his problem: He's disillusioned by the anime industry, so now he's burned out and cynical.
He's essentially Hayao Miyazaki, only younger. Soon he'll talk about moe being cancer.
>There are plenty of people doing their jobs properly and never getting any chances.
I like how he said that, considering he's not one of those people at all.
But I do like the back-and-forth between him and highlights.
Why are 2D Fujoshi so cute? I also fucking love Koboli from Amaburi.
This i think. No translation as far as i'm aware though. It's shame, i really dig this guy art yet his works are mostly ignored over here.
He needs a hug
>all that talking about final plot of adaptation
>everybody cheering and laughing about it
>tfw you realize that was the japan representation of the "anime original" endings everybody hate
Is Musani the new Bones?
>muh daddy incest end
I wish I can erase this shit off my memory
The age of Taro has finally arrived!
>Anime original endings are always worse.
>names one of the handful of good ones
It had quality scenes. Some of it I saved it and I can differentiate QUALITY and animation you ass.
Ochiai's come back to save Musani and
propose to Yano.
>I love people like that
>I hate people like that
They already tried. They probably hooked up because they thought they were alike but realized two cynics don't mesh. Plus the guy is immature, up there in the 8man tier.
I ship Yano with Tarou.
There is something weird about them especially after Tarou sent her off to the hospital. Just look at Tarou surprised look with the mere mentioned of Yano name.
I feel like there's still plenty of material to use but we have only 5 episodes left. I hope we get another season, this was supposed to run in 4 cour anyway and I want to see Aoi become a producer.
Disgusting. Plus, Yano already found her man and she won't let him go.
Can't spell Yano without yan.
When they say they are daijoubu but, they are in fact not daijoubu.
What's the deal with donuts? I tried one yesterday and it was bland as fuck.
I told you guys she was the best. I told you
>Everyone except Yano has to stand in holes at their wedding.
Keep that stinking bad breath of yours behind that mask.
The MC is always the Japanese one, no matter how good or bad the character is.
What a cute couple.
What would be the best way to runaway from this woman?
Why would you want to run away, anon?
It's just gibberish with elements of real words. And why the fuck is it "kazsa". Kasha = porridge. Just call it a porridge, dude.
She wouldn't be able to move after I am done with her.
She is daddy's girl and she dresses like a grade schooler to keep up the act.
I think you guys are a bit too harsh on Tarou. Don't get me wrong, I also think he is obnoxious and watching him getting BTFO was entertaining as fuck, but honestly he had a reason to be the way he is. The reason why Aoi was able to had everything going smoothly, beside her talent, was that the people that she worked with was really nice, everyone in the studio worked hard and was generally supportive, Segawa absolutely adored her and the most trouble she had on her part was just that cyclist playing hooky. The part where she had so much troubles with Titanic showed her inability to deal with shitheads, and Yano had to step in for her. Hiraoka on the other hand didn't have that luck, he probably started out as gungho, but then got shit on by his superiors and animators for being too idealistic and calling people out on their bullshit. For all we know, he could have started at fucking DEEN.
Although, him staying in the office overtime, admitting his faults and apologizing to Madoka shows that Hiraoka still has some fire left in him. Hopefully Aoi and Yano would be able to restore his faith in anime and set him on the correct part once again.
That scenario, Midori please.
Oh, she'll restore his faith alright
He didn't even see it coming
Ameno Amano is doing a segawa doujin this coming comike. Perhaps he'll have something nice. Segawa is vastly underrated, indeed.
>gununu reference in this day and age
Assuming that the room is big and that she didn't fucking home run hit that shit out of the fucking park it'd pretty much arc like it did.
Although looking at the scene it doesn't seem to arc downwards it looks like its flying in a straight line if anything it would've gone through the wall and killed Ema or something.
Right before the impact the ruler is above the wall. It should impact from above, not from the side.
Viggen-chan best planefu
The wall edge looks like it's slanted, Top image still looks like the ruler isn't above but still heading for the edge of the wall. I might be tired as fuck or just blind.
>It's called a peg bar you worthless piece of trash!
>look it up on wikipedia
>redirects to an article about animation
>Traditional animation (or classical animation, cel animation or hand-drawn animation) is an animation technique where each frame is drawn by hand. The technique was the dominant form of animation in cinema until the advent of computer animation.
>A peg bar is an animation tool that is used in traditional (cel) animation to keep the drawings in place. The pins in the peg bar match the holes in the paper
It's a deadly weapon, that's what it is.
Because plot armour.
