Isn't the reason obvious? Natsumi is thone in charge of Yoshino while Kotori is busy in Ratatoskr, though Natsumi loves to tease Kotori and her chest. Tohka and the twins are free so they are Miku's main target. Da'at is the place where all the sephiras reunite, following this concept all the girls should shown deep love for Shidou but Natsumi treats him like shit, Miku ignores him, only Yuzuru has shown real love for Shidou, etc.
