If you consider the clusterfuck of two routes mashed into one a good story then fine. Seriously, HF would have worked better as two routes considering how it's a mess already. They should have made each Illya and Sakura scene optional and have you choose on Day 9 to either go Superhero or Protect Illya/Sakura.

Even without that it's still the best one. That Berserker vs Nine Lives Shiro was beyond awesome. The servants all standing in their "world" at the start is great too.
Fate and UBW openings do have good parts, like the Saber vs Rider and Berserker vs Gilgamesh, but overall HF's easily takes the first place.
