I'll have to disagree on that. The style in which Murata drew that panel was a pretty good copy at ONE's later style. It's slightly assymetrical and the outline is rougher, so I find it to be quite the improvement over Murata's previous attempts at drawing Saitama "simply" like in the panel you posted here
