This expression has a lot of potential. I've read enough doujin to know this
PA is consistently inconsistent. Expect another glasslip next season, followed by a string of nice but forgettable coming-of-age dramas and maybe another excellent show sometime late next year.
I can't say that "comedy" or "light-hearted" are the first things that come to mind when talking about Shirobako. Those elements are definitely present but there probably hasn't been a single episode after the first few that hasn't given me some serious tightness of the chest from getting emotional.
If we ever get a second Hanasaku Iroha, I can die happy.
But I'd be fine with a Tari Tari, too.
