Though in all seriousness, even if you took Kumagawa's powers to maximum wank, there's plenty of ways of beating him.
-Destroying the universe he's in. So all sorts of gods, pretty much any Marvel and DC cosmic entity, disputably Umineko characters I suppose, etc.
-Perma-killing him with suitable hax (MEoDP, for example)
-Permanently incapacitating him (The Flash's Speedforce time-statue bullshit comes to mind, for one)
-Getting rid of him without killing him (throw him into another dimension or somewhere else he can't where he can't cause problems, ala Yakumo Yukari or Dr Strange.)
-Permanently removing his powers and/or making them your own (Dr. Doom)
-Ultra meta bullshit (Umineko again, Squirrel Girl, Nabeshin, etc.)
-Probably some other shit I've not thought of. Demonbane probably has some extra bullshit on top of everything else it already qualifies under.

Kumagawa is not impressive at all, overall Medaka universe is pretty overhyped with their "insane hax". Hax works good when it's backed up with insane stats. Kumagawa is just a human with reality warping, and pretty shit one.

MB isn't overhyped because it has high powerlevels, but because the powers the characters have are meta as fuck. Zen has the ability to nullify plot armor, Medaka has absolute plot armor, Chougasaki is invulnerable and counters everything, Ajimu is basically Demonbane, Iiihiko is the "Reader" to Featherine's "Writer" and Style Users use word play to bullshit reality.

Readers are what make and break a series. You don't get enough readers and your manga gets canned.
Sure, the publishers can drop a series whenever they want but they would only logically drop it due to ratings (or the author getting into conflict with them.)

Both Shiki's have bullshit fast speed and Kumagawa needs to think to erase them. Ryougi doesn't even need to get into range to kill him, since by Mirai Fukuin she can kill shit on sight at any distance.

This might work considering that The Flash's time-statue victims appear to retain conscious thought. Though it might be possible for him to leave them as vegetables, I dunno.

Doom suffers from plot-induced antagonist failure syndrome almost as badly as Kumagawa does, you might as well say Kumagawa will lose because he lost to Medaka...and almost every important fight he had. The difference is that Doom has outsmarted and overwhelmed realty warpers and cosmic beings far more dangerous and powerful than Kumagawa. The guy stole the powers of Galactus and even Pre-Retcon Beyonder, taking down Kumagawa is well within his abilities.

Kumagawa's self-defeatist only comes into effect when facing a Main Character.
he has beaten side characters plenty of times. and as explained in pic related hes a boss character, whose sole existence is to be beaten by the MC. If his opponent is a side character they're pretty much fucked

Kumagawa is basically the anti-powerman

no matter what he fights against, he will lose (that doesn't guarantee the other side will win, but he will lose)

So he's not really suitable for powerlevel threads like Accelerator, Gil, or any battle shounen MC

Kumagawa also has a passive ability that mindfucks you so even if he's not conscious about it it'll probably still affect the opponent (not to mention all-fiction can happen automatically).
