we've got only 6 episodes left
I really like how determined and studious she was.
yeah....with only 6 episode how is Micchan supposed to develop her character? and how is Zuka suppose to get an episode and role?
it's a rhetoric question ofc, she won't ever get one
It's her one and only big job so she tries so hard and still fails.
Based sound director fixing everything.
it's still a great job if you can land a few roles. most of the time will be spent on radio programs and small live concert/PR events. and then there's the chance to get really popular and be forced to perform like an idol when you can't really handle it. e.g. the recent disasters that happened to lovelive seiyuus.
If you can establish yourself and make a good living out of it, I can't imagine it's anything but great fun. But even in America for shit anime dub roles, I bet it's super competitive with plenty of backstabbing and political posturing.
The work itself isn't difficult but you have to naturally have the ability to turn yourself on and off. That and the confidence and ability to listen and not be offended by any criticism is what it's all about.
It's way more competitive in Japan then in America. It's actually not that bad here, it's just hard to get roles that pay well enough to make a good living. I'd be surprised if the average VA made more than 30 grand a year.
She almost already did. No role past back ground and already had the director's recommendation. She would have gotten a part if the representatives didn't demand a big name take the role.
>having a character
I want to know more about the fucking CG Tire company president more than I want to know about Mi. That wistful look he gave to the little statues on his desk makes me want to know if he's having second thoughts about where he's ended up, and why he even gave up doing anime work in the first place. All I know about Mi is that she's an idiot and Zuka should slit her throat for giving up a good job after less than a single year while she has to dance in a sweaty pig costume that probably stinks of puke and old cum.
Oh the Irony
Your face when?
>You will never marry Hiratsuka-sensei
No reason to live at all.
Baited, stop spoonfeeding faggots.
Just finished the first half of episode 1. I like this already. I'll catch up soon enough.
The fucking buildup was so perfect.
If Zuka had tried for the main character role instead of a side character, she'd have got it. It's her own damn fault she's a pig, hasn't she been paying attention to the seiyuu industry lately? Newbies either get the main heroine or a very inconsequential side character, shooting for an important side character is suicide.
She could have been the noob making everyone feel uncomfortable.
She is like Goku coming back from training and swooping in to fight the bad guys.
>can barely talk
>smiles like a cat
I see now. She is actually the cat from before who helped teach Ema how to draw. She liked her so much she turned into a human to work with her.
The candy is actually laced with poison, Erika realizes she's been overtaken by Aoi due to her leave, and that she needs to make a power play to ascend to her rightful title as Production Desk. Rip Aoi.
